What if these don't sell out before midnight? Will there be no Friday woot?

Worth the investment to buy 3 if you like to sell stuff and make money.

Based on my research, they are going for $8.25/ea currently...but, with "free shipping." So, if you purchase 3 @ $4.99 + $5/shipping = $19.97. Sell for $8.25/ea = $24.75 = profit of $4.82.

Based on typical delivery time from woot, time for me to set-up an ebay auction, watch said auction, and mail/deliver the items sold in said auction, by my calculations I will have made $0.13/hr for my Woot Wage.

I'd rather justify a purchase of 3 by simply stating that I like flashing lights. And tinsel. And stripper/b00b glitter. And...

Nope, typing with two hands. Pressing keys is about the limit of what one is good for. Can't barely lift its own weight anymore, pain off the charts, and of late is shaking like a leaf.

This is a good mind-rot diversion to keep from thinking about stuff I'd rather not think about. I've had more than enough surgery for one life, and so far have managed to keep all my body parts. This time though, realistially, it ain't looking so good for me. FAST-growing mass, intensely painful, getting worse daily.

Even if they dont work they are very easy to fix.
bad bulb, get a new one at RadioShack. bad motor, Get one from RadioShack.
of course the parts will cost you the price of the lights. i already have modifications in mind for at least one of my sets.

Got these a few months ago. The motor on one of them didn't work, and in turn, the other one spun around (what I believed was) abnormally fast. Pretty funny, till they just totally died after about an hour of use.

they would have to research what are valid and good charities. and then still there would still be complaints. maybe the red cross with a choice of where the funds go. i wouldn't complain if it were just 10 or fifteen minutes and they told you in advance how long it would last

Looks like there's not going to be a sellout unless there's a huge run at the end.

I think they shoudl do it like regular items.. people sit hours through cutting knives and hours through roombas. maybe woot could sale a certain number and if it does well, sell another charity later on. i bet money people would buy it, just because
