Got it figured out... just went to my account page, which only took a half hour to get to, updated my info by clicking rampantly on the button for 3 minutes, and it went through. Then I was able to purchase. Maybe trying updating your info? Good luck.

OK, I was updating information during my order since I haven't been here in a while. I closed everything out, came back to the site, went to "My Account", and changed/added everything I needed to...saved...and then ordered without having to change anything and it went through fine.

Is anyone else having trouble with purchasing the Nike IC Putter? After I fill in the ordering information, my webpage will time-out and I am unable to finalize the purchase. It happens on gallivanting alpacah Windows Explorer and Google Chrome browsers. Any help will be extremely appreciated as I used this putter out of my friend's bag and absolutely loved it!

He does use a Nike head cover for his Scotty Cameron putter, I will give you that...but actually using a Nike putter in competition? I am yet to see that...Perhaps I missed it..

Updating the info page first, then using a different browser finally worked. Thanks woot + members who helped.

On the other hand... in the recent past since I tried last, my size sold out . So if the Woot Gods should happen to find an extra 20-15 size 34" instead of the size 33" which I had to end up ordering, and they saw fit to send me the appropriate size instead, I would much appreciate it!

If not, I'm going to have to hope that my 5'8"ish frame can bend over enough to use the 33" well (based on my test at Sports Authority, 35" was too long, so I thought 34" should be about right), or get it extended if the need arises.

Harry, depending on how high you stand while putting, I'm sure a 33" will work fine for you. I'm 5' 10" and I ordered a 33" because I lean over a bit in my stance, so it really depends on your technique.

That being said, if you do stand tall in your putting stance, then a 34" might be right, and you can possibly exchange it, as Snapster stated in an earlier post...

To all of you waiting on shipment, especially first wooters... after multiple woots I have noticed a trend of slower and slower shipping the last 3 woots did not ship until the 5th day at least
the very last one was only 2 weeks ago and took 6 days just for status to change to shipped
The shipping method is never all that fast either... at least another 5 days
once a friend and I ordered the same item mine shipped to omaha his to lincoln... we tracked as they hit the same place in KS and then his came to lincoln and mine went to minnesota then back to Omaha an extra 3-4 days

Generally, no. They may sometimes after a long woot-off. They'll resume their hard work bright and early Monday morning which is still within the 5 business day shipping window. (Remember, you don't count the day of the sale.)

Email service@woot.com. They'll be back in the office Monday morning to answer your email.

You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. However, here are 2 things you can do in the meantime:

1. Click on My Account at the top of the page. Click on the order in question and see if there is a tracking number shown on the next page.

2. Use FedEx's Track by Reference Feature. Leave the account no. blank. Enter your order number as the reference (2nd box), destination country and zipcode. Click Track.

NOTE: To get your order number: Check on My Account. Click on the order in question and then click on the link to view your receipt. Your order number will be on the receipt.
