Has anyone else been notified that their putter has shipped? I'm just wondering.

The 20-20 is a nice balanced putter, i am currently using an odyssey 2 ball DFX. and if you check homeskillets sporting goods the ic 20-20 is $139.99 so if you did not get one of these great putters u missed out

I couldn't stand the wait anymore, so I drove to Golfsmith to mess around with one of their 20-20s on the practice green. It did not disappoint. Now I am even more anxious. I have a golf tourney Friday, so I pray that FedEx comes through. Heck, I'm almost willing to drive up to the warehouse in Dallas from Austin just to make sure I get it ontime...

This being my first Woot!, I am wondering if I should expect shipping tomorrow? I am hopeful to buy more from here, but only if items ship timely.

what time of day did you buy your putter? which model did you buy? does anyone know how the order are filled by woot (i.e. time of order or completely at random)?

12:20 I bought it cause I was looking for a putter and woot presented me with one. Never used it before or whatever. Saw it was a good deal and went with it. Picked up the 20-10b. I'm excited.

Mine showed that it had been sent to FedEx that they were going to ship it but it hadn't had any scan's at all. Remember that there were a lot of different putters here and it takes a while to get them out. I don't know how big Woot's warehouse is but I know that if I had to do this I would take the full 5 days to get this out due to all of the different options. And there is no reason to complain you are buying a putter for less than half retail. I will just be happy that I didn't have to spend over $100 to get a new putter.

I'm not really complaining. I'm more curious than anything, though the anxiety will likely build as the golf tourney on friday approaches and I am still waiting for the putter. This was a good deal, but I could have bought the same model for $66 on Amazon and been certain to have it arrive within the 8-10 business days, but I have had great luck with Woot in the past and I like to support Woot. Hopefully they pull through again

Also, I've noticed that when I purchase items from Woot, the packages go from Dallas to Houston then to Austin, which makes no sense to me. Any idea why packages would need to be re-routed through Houston when Austin is just a 3 hr drive down I-35?

Used to love Woot... although the shipping time on this is rediculous.. Looks like it's my last buy from here.

I'm a first time buyer on woot, purchased this Nike putter and still have not received a tracking number... with such a long shipping time, i don't think I would purchase from woot very often. I thought they would be able to manage their warehouse inventory a little better since they are only selling one product a day. Even with different models of putters it can't be that hard to stick the right one in a box and slap a preprinted label on it. Hey woot, if you need a better warehouse manager look me up.

Woot ships within five business days. As staff has already explained, today, Monday the 19th, is the fifth business day since the day of sale (the day of sale does not count). If your putter only just gets shipped today, it is still within Woot's general period for shipping on time.
In addition, staff has come in and explained that, due to the variety of putters sold, packaging and shipping was slightly more complicated. Thus, shipping becomes slightly more complicated, and so not everything, perhaps, has shipped yet (or maybe it has, I don't know!).

You know, if you really loved Woot, you would have understood and accepted Woot for what it is, and not what you want it to be. Relationships with unreasonable expectations held contrary to stated truths aren't very healthy. But it's cool. Take a break if you need to--just know that Woot will be here waiting for you. For yooooooooou.

Thanks for that concise summary... saved me from having to read the whole thread.

GLaD it's not just me that hasn't had theirs shipped yet. I was just happy to get such a decent putter at such a good price... as long as I get it by mid-May I'll continue to be a happy dude.

Yeah it is a great deal, that day I went to Sports Authority to check one out before I bought it on WOOT, and they were selling the 20/20 for 139.99!!! So I'm not complaining, just really eager to use it!!! Most of the stuff I've bought has come really quick, especially considering that shipping is only 5.00!, but if you are disappointed, I guess you'll have to leave the wooting to us!

This reminds me of last year with the Nike Sumo driver-fiasco on sellout. They took a while to ship but were totally worth the wait.

Used the FedEx reference search feature and it says information sent with an estimated delivery on the 21st. So should be here by the end of the week.

Still, who says 5 days is even reasonable? Almost all online shopping is shipped within 1 business day at most 3.

I think woot owner, John Carp Woot, needs to help out the job market and hire a couple of people to help blow up those little bags of air. Then we could all get out stuff a little faster.

Well mine still hasn't shipped, but at $45 bucks I have no problem waiting.

In Woot's defense this has been the only shipping issue (though i really don't think it could even be considered that) I've ever had, the headphones I purchase a month or so ago got to me in PA in 5 days.

If I have to play my old blade this weekend so be it, Keep up the good work Woot!

I agree. 5 days to get out the door is really not that good. Soot is a great site and has good deals but no reason they can't get better. Shipping and delivery times are an important part of online shopping. That's why so many are willing to pay for Amazon prime. Email confirmation and an email stating the delay would even be enough to ease the minds of buyers. I have bought 5 woots. And will continue but always room for improvement.

My account has not changed to shipped yet. I have ordered from woot before. Usually woot does a better job than this. I am disappointed.
Woot cleared over $268,000 off these golf clubs. With that much money I would think that shipping would not have epically failed like it has.

It should say it right under the ship date.

I don't understand why everyone's freaking out. They explained that shipping was gonna be a pain in the butt on this one.. I wanted my putter last saturday didn't happen. But i'm fine. Completely agree.. I buy a lot of stuff online... haven't had a shipping delay like this before. Today makes a whole week and still hasn't shipped.. (5 business). If Woot wasn't so "trendy", you ppl giving them a break would be freaking out. It's business. I bought something online and expect a reasonable ship time. Reasonable when purchased on a Monday is sometime that week.

I notice many people who have been commenting about shipping have purchased less than 10 woots (in a few cases, more than 10).

Guys, this is the way it has been for YEARS. I've been buying off Woot and its spin-off sites since 2007 and it's always been a little wait to get an item. I'm at 56 woots and I had to wait patiently just like everyone else. I also have Amazon Prime, but you don't always get the same awesome deals found on Woot.

I stand by Woot 110%. After all that's where the majority of my paycheck goes.

EDIT: I also checked my shipping status via reference number and it on the way!
