Guys, this is the way it has been for YEARS. I've been buying off Woot and its spin-off sites since 2007 and it's always been a little wait to get an item. I'm at 56 woots and I had to wait patiently just like everyone else. I also have Amazon Prime, but you don't always get the same awesome deals found on Woot.




I stand by Woot 110%. After all that's where the majority of my paycheck goes.

I am not bashing woot. And I honestly don't see how wooting less than 10 times has anything to do with my comments. I like woot and its deals. All I am saying is the shipping could be a little faster and more customer friendly.I see many people's putters have shipped. Mine has not yet. I am not worried about it, just stating that this is an area they could improve on. Wouldn't be that hard to autosend an emial when the status changes to shipped so I don't have to keep checking..

As Monday closes, it has been 5 business days and I still don't see anything on my account. Nor have I gotten an e-mail. Anyone else not receive shipping info yet?

Yes - My putter is en route, via Texas due to arrive on Wednesday.
Checking by reference number was like some sort of voodoo magic.

As previously mentioned, if you haven't received a shipping email (which most haven't from the sound of it), follow the instructions laid out in this post: here. You should see some evidence whether or not your putter's made it out of Dallas yet.

Checking/waiting is the whole adventure It's always a surprise when I order from Woot and completely forget about a purchase, only to see it show up on my doorstep a couple weeks later.

What I meant to convey by the whole "less than 10 woots" is that you've not experienced ordering from Woot as much as others have and therefore not as used to the slower shipping methods we've come to hate *cough* I mean love so much (yes, I'm looking at you FedEx SmartPost). No offense meant.

Just followed the instructions provided and mine shipped yesterday, with an estimated arrival of the 22nd. So 5 days is correct for me, and you don't always get a tracking number immediately on any site, so this isn't out of the question. This is my first woot and well worth the wait, as are the best things in life.

Just checked FedEx and my putter is on the way! Estimated delivery: Tomorrow!!!!

Checked Fedex: It's still at the "Fedex Notified" stage, Estimated pick-up APRIL 16.

I guess that was a BAD estimate!!

It is unbelievable to me that people can’t wait 8 or 9 days for a delivery. You would think that you were told that you have to wait for months. It is not a life or death problem. Not all things arrive yesterday. Stop whining and get on with your lives. Your putter will arrive and you will still miss the putt.

Woot does send out auto-emails when the status changes to shipped...

Any idea when these are shipping?....Been over a week now and my status has still not changed to "Shipped"

check using reference number and still no shipping unfortunately. Its coming out of Dallas I could just drive there and get it faster since I'm only an hour away in Waco lol

Note to others a "business day" is usually Mon-Fri. Which means the putter should have shipped yesterday. Mine has not shipped, and I'm a little disappointed that 5 days isn't long enough to put a putter into a box and ship it.

Don't get me wrong, the deals are awesome, but there is deals like this on other sites, and they ship within 3-5 days and never miss that time frame.

This just seems like a bad business model to me. Somewhere along the lines someone will launch a woot-like site, and ship faster, thus making woot, obsolete. If you're going to do something, might as well do it right and be as efficient as possible, so there is no chance for a competitor to do something as simple as ship faster than you.

I received my tracking email from Woot. The FedEx system has not been updated yet, but the email says that may take 24-48 hours.

This process has been like my putting ability, really unpredictable, frustrating, and somehow unusually satsifying.

Just received my email saying my putter has been shipped but no scans yet. i guess i dont have to go all "Spider Monkey" on Woot! They did manage to get me a sweet putter for little cash.

I had tried to buy the 2010B 34" RH the day that this came out, but I kept getting locked up at the final gold button to complete the order. I noticed some other people had posted about it too...a bit of a bummer that I missed out on this cause of that...

do you think the FedEx drivers are going to delay the shipping because they're getting high on 4/20? That'd make me so mad! If I get my putter and it was fashioned into some sort of bong, I want a refund.

Mine was delivered 2 minutes ago. I live near Austin, TX. The putter is delicious. Was it was worth the oh-my-gosh-where-is-the-shipping-link anxiety? Of course!

I can't believe what an impatient group of people both Woot and Golf. Its no wonder that most golfer do not have the patience to learn to swing a golf club without a huge slice, it just takes to long. (whine, whine, whine) like a bunch of little children. GROW UP PEOPLE there are real problems in the world and you people waste your time whining about your putter being 3 days late. Unbelievable.

Got my putter today. Received an email with my tracking number today, and got my club today. Not sure what happened. Sweet club though!!!! I hope I can pone some golf balls now.

Looks like mine was finally picked up by Fedex on Tuesday Night at 7:30 PM. I guess it won't be getting a test run at Poppy Hills or any other golf course for my trip to Monterey Bay.
