Dang, I just bought this at Costco for $600 total .. 2 year warranty and 90 day return policy .. but dang almost double what it is here ..oh well .. missed it otherwise would have grabbed it and returned .. meh just wait a month and I'll go return and grab a 42"

Yea, mine arrived today also. Was concerned when a saw a big hole in the box. Opened box and the same size hole was on/in the screen. Just my luck. Oh well, FEDEX will pick up return to shipper on Tues. Also, the packaging for shipping this TV, in my opinion, is terrible....easy to see why it could have been damaged during shipment. Hope others are more fortunate.

Finally got around to opening the box to set up the TV. Everything looks OK except that the stand neck is NOT mounted to the TV and there are no screws. The screw for the base is also missing.

Does anyone have the dimensions for all of these screws? I might have some in the garage.

Had to assemble the neck and stand also. Fortunately screws came in the box. the base screw has a loop at the end. Let me know if you still need the dimensions, i'll have to disassemble the mount.

Nice, I got the TV on Saturday and then I got the tracking email this morning! It works great and I have no problems, although I agree the packaging was shamefully flimsy, with the glass screen totally unprotected.

But now I don't have anything cool to hook up to my TV. Could use some help here, Woot!

It was shipping from Irving, TX on the 28th...and was shipped to California...and is still in california according to tracking information.

Anybody else have it shipped to a PO BOX? I got tracking info a few days ago but it looks like it hasn't been picked up yet. Just wanted to see if anybody else was in the same boat as me.

We got ours last week and took it out to test it and it seemed fine. We put it back in the box in order to wait until this week to get our new tv stand.

We set everything up last night and it appeared to be fine for a couple hours, but then my husband said the screen was inadvertently fading to black and he kept having to hit the HDMI button on the remote in order to bring it back.

I'm not sure if this is a defect or an issue with the settings. It might take a few days to know for sure.

Does anyone know how long you have to send something back to WOOT? I have never done it before.
