i choose to let twitter text me for a happyhour, but nothing else. sometimes it gives me some advanced notice. just remember that twitter is wholly unreliable and often sends the text long after a post. i generally find out about a happyhour approx 10 mins in

Here's my cabbage that arrived at the end of last week. Not overly exciting, but can't complain as per the Commandments. ;)
That silly toothbrush holder seems to sing everytime you touch the box wrong, and the Woot Gods "forgot" to send me the usual electronic item that needs to be repaired. (Those are always a fun way to waste a few hours fixing something that probably wasn't worth the effort to begin with. But I always feel that I made the world slightly better by saving something from the landfill. To hijack an old phrase "a man never stands so tall as when stooping to help a small piece of broken electronics.") Hmmmm... perhaps that picnic basket thingy will be good for something.

Anyhow, thanks, for some Random Celery as promised.

My 'bale of cannabis' didn't ship until May 13/arriving at Fedex early May 14 and as of today is at 'MARTINSBURG, WV' due to arrive in Massachusetts on May 22 . . . 4.3 lbs (2.0kg) . . . any idea what a late shipment could have in store for me? I like some of the earlier ones, so we'll see what happens in this late shipment.

1 broken GPS (got excited but it's broken!!)

All in all it was nice to finally get some CRAP!!!

I saw that. I'm guessing woot sent them cool stuff to make up for 5/6'ers being 5/6'ers. They felt sorry for them.

(that doesn't mean much though, although I called the one last week)

I'm wondering if anyone could offer advice on repairing the Wine Cellar I received. All that is wrong is that the door frame is cracked and the glass fell out. Dunno if duct tape or a soldering iron could fix that or if anyone has attempted something similar.

Duct tape technically fixes everything... it's more a fact of you wanting it to look pretty or just practical...

Nice thing now is duct tape can come in different colors, and you can always color it too!
