Thank you! My wife was going nuts wondering when our order status would say shipped. Your tip worked very well and while Tuesday, May 11th (the ETA), isn't exactly "tomorrow", at least she doesn't have to keep asking me if the order shipped. :-)

Mine still hasn't shipped. So much for having it near mothers day...

Was kinda hoping I would have this for Mother's day as a gift, never bought anything from Woot. A little disappointed, I guess I know better for next time.

Great Fed Ex tip! I have been checking daily hoping to receive by Mothers Day. Mine too was shipped from NJ and shows estimated delivery of Sat May 8 - providing it isn't delayed by TN flood - only about 120 miles from here so my luck - won't get here I will be greatly disappointed if it is bad shape as well - don't feel like it was a very good deal if it is not in like new condition - keeping my fingers crossed!!

I did the fed ex thing and it says that to record is found, this is frustrating, i thought that it would at least have been shipped by now.

Mine is scheduled to be delivered today. I'll be taking a little hiatus from work to pick it up at the house. Woot still not showing as shipped but the handy dandy Fedex tip someone posted is.

My Ipod Touch just got delivered and the touch screen isn't working. When I turn it on, it doesn't respond to slide to unlock. I have tried a hard reset, but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Mine hasn't shipped yet, no. I figured since I was one of the first buyer I would have been one of the first to have it shipped.

This was my first woot (have been checking woot for some time). The comments made me nervous but I guess that often times the people who had a bad experience are more likely to post. Mine works great so far and had barely visible wear on the chrome rear and a new screen basically. I kinda wish it was as fast as the 32 and 64GB but oh well, I guess I should research before I buy. Overall, I am very satisfied, thanks.

Easiest way is to plug it in to your computer, run iTunes, and click RESTORE.

Just received my refurb ipod touch and it has major scratches on the front.

Did you enter your order # in the reference # box not the account #?

Just received my Refurb Itouch and it has scarcthes on the front I called apple and I gave then the serial number of the Itouch and they stated it's only a 2nd generation

Received. Flawless condition. No scratches (front or back). Responsive to my touch just as much as my other touch. Syncing now without issues.

Got mine today. Funny, it's still showing here at Woot as "not yet shipped". Maybe they don't know and they're gonna ship me a 2nd one.

No scratches, no blems, nothing obviously awry. Charging now while watching my favorite You Tube video: Bengals New Era

I received my Ipod Touch earlier today and the touch screen does not respond to the touch. I tried rebooting and restoring the software but it still does not respond to the touch.

Obviously I am very disappointed with Woot at this point. Do I have to attempt to return this through Woot or can I return it through Apple?

pps. Only a small percentage of our items are shipped by our vendors so this does not come up *that* often. To give an idea- it's usually the more expensive (like this one) or bigger items that are shipped by our vendors (that's not a rule for all expensive/big items, but rather my observation on what seems to be vendor-shipped most often).

Oh ok, do know how long that will take?
