Yeah, I'm with you on this too... I'm aware of said fetishes (although, from my understanding technically a fetish is a fixation on an inanimate object... so I'm not sure if this fetish would technically qualify as a fetish... probably depends on if the fixation is on the act of getting peed/pooped on, or the fixation is on the urine or feces themselves), but I felt like there was a joke or something that I was missing.

Man, had a "I got owned by woot!" moment today...

So, some of my users have been complaining that they've been receiving a lot of spam lately. So I decided to finally turn on the "Intelligent Message Filter" in Exchange. Basically, it scans and moves messages to the Junk mail box at the server, instead of requiring Outlook to do it. So I set it all up, set decently agressive filters on it, and turn it on. Then, I go over to another server to enable the IMF updates. When I did, that other server (Running WSUS -- Windows Server Update Service) sent me an email that it found new updates. Guess what? It flagged that email as spam. A Microsoft spam filter flagged a Microsoft product's email as spam... Anybody else see any irony in that?

Lol. I use to have a screen shot of windows firewall raising alarm to some program and it said something like "Do you trust this publisher : Microsoft Inc." (or whatever the official name for Microsoft is.)

Well, worse and not worse at the same time. Worse as in they should have known better (considering it's the same product), and not worse in the sense that my computer didn't blue screen...

Somebody on your network is running a gallivanting alpaca (from your public IP address) that's hitting google a lot. That happened to me when I was scraping something from an RSS feed. They'll counter by adding a Captcha if it detects too much usage (It hit me when I hit about 500 pages in a few seconds)...
