Considering how many of these...this could be a bag o' crap in the making. Sounds kinda gross when said that way.

Um, what is a two dimensional (2D) battery?

I got home, my new roomba from woot was on the doorstep. I lovingly set her up, then got on woot and magically woot accessories were awaiting me. It must be destiny...

All I need now is the correct Dock on the cheap, and the programmer and I'll be all set to go.

I recieved my 3 Virtual walls the other day and they work excellant on my Roomba 560 .

Check your walls. Two out of three of mine came broken:

So are those two fixable with glue/soldering( looks like the red wire has been cut)? Not sure they are worth the hassle to do the whole customer services thing. Lets hope mine get here in one piece or I'm going to have to make Frankenwalls.

I could super glue the two shells together after soldering the one...........but I'm hoping they'll send me out newer-style as replacements. I doubt they'll ask for the old ones back.

A little annoyed that we also got 2 of 3 that are broken. Did Woot have two boxes? "If wooter buys more than one, grab one from Box A and rest from Box B (for 'broken')"?

I only got one that had a bad case. So super glue should do the job on that one. Need to get out and get some D Bats to test the electronic though.

Just got off the phone with IRobot and they are sending me out two new virtual walls.

Got the new walls and they're the new generation. Spent 7 bucks and got 60 bucks worth of merchandise.

One of mine is completely broken and the other two are partially (2 or 3 of the 4 posts are broken).

People contact iRobot or Woot to take care of these?
