The tape on mine is torn, haven't opened it yet, but I am pissed because it looks like someone opened it.

Snowman's arm doesn't move but everything else does. Had to take bottom off to fix the rotating part, but a little tape and we're all good.

My snowman's arm doesn't move and I looked inside him and there are obvious parts missing. Did anyone get a fully working snowman?

Mine is in town, to be delivered tomorrow, but at 2.9 lbs, the contents are predictable and the anticipation wearing thin. It was fun while it lasted and worth the $8, sight unseen.
