One of the paragraph cannot be translated but has to be decoded, (hint in source) that paragraph is known as ********. the first word of that is the answer.

I am pulling hair on 32..... This is like my usual work. Wasting hours on small period or comma somewhere.

I don't recall any stars lately either. Not sure if it's relevant that they're the most current and least current versions. I was hoping they were a clue for a later puzzle because otherwise this doesn't make a heck of a lot of sense!
