That's interesting. Just read an article that said a blade steak is one of the best tasting steaks around. You just have to cut out the center cartilage. Might have to try that.

Yeah, I'm losing words but I haven't checked to see if it's a certain type. Not as bad as a friend of mine. He loses a word and says something totally ridiculous instead. Just kind of comes out.
