It's a trap! They plan on mugging you in the parking lot and making their escape with your unopened crap so they can open it in a safe location themselves!

agreed. tho i almost think that the "good" craps tend to come late. still, you just never know...

I say go the extra mile. Very, very carefully remove the tape as soon as you get it, and collect your booty.

Then start filling it with the most random stuff you can find laying around. An old Rubik's cube, some costume jewelry, an LCD monitor or DVD player if they'll fit. If space isn't an issue, borrow DVD players or video game consoles from multiple family members. Round it out with some crap from the dollar store so that there are some new-in-package items, as well. (Items from the dollar store can easily be mistaken as having value. Such items may include computer mice, personal fans, tool sets, kitchen towels and utensils, and I think a box of cookies would be a nice touch.) If you can sneak a spouse's picture off of a co-worker's desk long enough to scan and copy it, putting that in a frame in the box would be brilliant.

Nope, I'm still waiting too, reference number doesn't show anything either.

Have faith though, Woot is good and will give us our craps before our heads explode!

No one has tracking information.

Go to fedex.com. Under "Track" select "Track by Reference".

Then enter your woot order number, county and zip.

That's what we're all doing.

I anticipate the shipping emails get sent out today/tomorrow.

Oh, hell. I'm way too lazy for all that. I'll just wait on the email.

Super excited my third crap this year. 2010 has been good to me.

Before this thread gets overwhelmed when the weights start coming in, does anyone have any extra media/CD's for the ATI TV tuner cards? And, although my pirating skills are ok, and I found a copy of the Catalyst Media software that's supposed to come with them, I'd sure like an original disk.

I PM'd a user that mentioned getting a stack of CD's for these in a previous forum, but he never responded back.

PM me if you have an extra CD. I'll be happy to work out a good trade with you.

Or if you scan it put a digital picture frame in the box with that picture the only one loaded.

Maybe photoshop it using the woot! logo as the "censored" bars that always pop up...

Are the weights listed accurate or are they just placeholders right now? I have a one pounder sitting there just begging to come home.

He is looking for ATI Catalyst Media Center, not the driver.

However, the person could always use Windows Media Center since it should work with those cards.

I think it's just an arbitrary number at this point. FedEx has only received info that a package will come to you. From my experience the weights and box dimensions change over time.

Oh Woody... What kind of world do you live in? Share the joy of the Bowl of Cereal with your co-workers. They may be the lucky ones next time and wouldn't you want them to return the favor?

A lot of the fun of the Bowl of Cereal is sharing both on-line and with your friends.

Be generous...and then gloat that it's all yours!

Though good things have come from a light and heavy load, so who knows.
