Friday was when the last Woot off item for me shipped, now all that is left is the Baggie of Cthulhu.

I feel like it's Christmas, never know what you will get. I just hope they don't send me anything I already bought. I could use a new laptop =P The one I'm using it's battery or LCD screen can disconnect and crash/power off if you hold it wrong. It no longer works like a laptop, but more like a portable computer that has to be plugged in or otherwise your chancing it.

I had ordered some stuff off of Kids.woot on thursday before B O C I was able to track via the order # I got a tracking # on thursday thru that but as of sunday Fedex does not show it in the system it shows electronic info recieved. Just 2 hours ago I received tracking info for a different Woot Off purchase the day before the big old conundrum. The item was shipped 3 days ago. Still no word on my big old crazy box of crumbs.

Do you get Internet in the UP? We go there every summer and it was not too long ago that they upgraded our phone from party lines. We have to stand on top of the fire pit bench, put one foot up in the air (like Capt Morgan), and hold the phone in the air just to get a cell signal.

Nope, i was using my 56kbs AOL connection that I steal from the neighbor. Biggest problem for me really is keeping the computer powered.... Damn kids get tired out to quickly.

Only been 5 business days. No, no one's gotten any tracking numbers. Just be patient.

B o Cs aren't normal items, so they have to pretty much make them all, and decide who gets what through a series of complex algorithms. There's other things such as how often the gerbil runs, and such. Mostly they tend to just get to it as soon as they can.

That's true. All of my Woot-off items have been shipped - I'm expecting a really fun week of Woot deliveries (actually, the first Woot-off item's already here!). They're busy and deserve a break, especially for a long Woot-off like this.

My daughter is pregnant with her second child and they decided to be kept in the dark about the sex. It does breed suspense! Less than 30 days to go until we have another grandson or granddaughter.

Interesting. My Sister-in-law (also my step-Niece) is also expecting very soon. I'll bet that her baby (yup, gender unknown) arrives before my Bacon On Cheese.

More weirdness - her mother and father will be Grandmother and Grandfather as well as Aunt and Uncle once the baby arrives. We're giving them titles Grant and Gruncle.

Fishing, hiking, and, in a few weeks, snow skiing. It gets cold up there pretty early. Kidding, of course, but actually, the clear cold streams are great for fly fishing about that time.
