If so I wonder if "the suits" wouldn't prefer something more traditional?
On the other hand if where he applying appreciates and encourages creativity then it is a good way to make a statement about who and what he is as a person.

Where I have ever applied conformity and precision have been a prized asset over inovation...but that is partly because of the work I do.

It's first use is as a signature on an electronic cover letter. Although he is debating using it as the header of his resume.

Oh and yes, the company highly values creativity and not being evil.
