(My) biggest determining factor in buying a computer "purse" - is WEIGHT of the purse. By the time a laptop is added, a leather bag could be 8-10 pounds digging into your shoulder.

For that price, I bought 2. 1 gift 1 for me for travel. I have a Coach all leather beauty that I don't want to take a beating. It fits the laptop and netbook and this should too. Bless the netbooks, they're so small.

I don't disagree. I'm not saying it has to be leather, but I think faux leather feels and smells nasty. Which is why I'd prefer nylon or microfiber.

That said, if you're OK with PVC, this is a pretty good price for a bag this size.

laptop bags are best when they go on 2 shoulders, not 1. i own a similar-looking one-shoulder laptop purse, and it was ridiculously heavy with a 12" laptop in it, and no other accessories. i don't think i'd ever carry my 15.6" in one of those bags, ever. i like my laptop backpack... it helps alleviate the weight of the computer.

Yup but it's a cheapo bag with incorrect spelling. It's $7.99, I would have been surprised if it was leather or not made in China like everything else is.
