to be fair, it is a badass cutting board, besides you can't get a decent cutting board for less than $30 anyway. $60 is almost a third of the price this board usually goes for.

My Ipad is a much better cutting board than this. sanitary too

This is not the Board of Cutting that we all seek... have I missed it today? Was the T of reckoning the best they could do?

Maybe time to try and add something valuable, the wood that comprises this cutting board comes from a cypress grown primarily in Japan called a Hinoki. It is a high quality cypress tree.

Neat fact, Hinoki pollen is a major cause of hay fever in Japan.

Not the rare wood I was expecting for such a high priced piece of wood, but based on how much is used and how slowly it grows, it could be a rare wood before long.
