I LOVE doing the Jumble, but not sure I need that many calendars.

I'm still waiting for the first post of calendar airplanes in flight. The picture with the most planes in the air at the same time wins a free case of car wax (delivery not included).

well, mine lost .2 lbs, then gained .1, sounds like fedex needs to get more consistent scales

still no dimmesions

of course it now seems to be stuck in KC, been there since late tues night, I could have driven down and gotten it in this time, I'm seriously starting to doubt the projected delivery of tomorrow, oh well, maybe it will make it here before next friday

Nothing wrong with being stuck in KC! Perhaps it just gained a little back eating the BBQ.

Aside from the calendars, these boxes appear to have at least 1 random component in them, and pretty good ones too! I am just living vicariously through you all this time around, as server crashing prevented me from the hopes of getting that Hammer CD...

Even when you don't when, this thread is fun to watch. I know so many people complain about their crap, but no matter how many truly crappy boxes I get, I will always be back for more.

Good luck to all who are currently stalking their boxes on MyFedEx!

Haven't got mine yet but just the other day I was thinking how perfect those little page a day calendars are for origami practice.

Three years makes 1000 paper cranes, even with a few mistakes. And who WOULDN'T want that, right?

Has anyone who has theirs now NOT got calendars?

Fingers crossed... go calendars! go calendars! Woo!

My 14.9 pound, 16.8-inch cubed package left the Dallas FedEx location around 4:30 in the morning Wednesday and hasn't been spotted since. I fear the high concentration of calendars created a rip in space-time.

I guess Woot offered the publisher of the unsold calendars more money than a paper recycler would have paid, hence we get them in our carp.

My calendars are in New Berlin now, too. They still weigh 10.3 lbs. but grew from a 15.1 inch cube to a 24.3 x 12.8 x 12.5 inch package. Still scheduled for delivery on the 12th.

Using that knowledge, head on over to FedEx and sign-up for a user account. I hear there are some cool things to see there once you have an account. Please don't make LEM- post his super long, page-hogging "primer" again...

Here's an excerpt:
2. To get the dimensions you need to create My FedEx account (no charge, and you don't have to give them cc number if you don't want to): http://my.fedex.com/ and make sure to switch to new or advanced version. Enter your tracking number, and the dimensions will pop...

Thanks bsmith1!!!

So I get my fedex account and then I know dimensions as well as the weight I knew from plain ol' fedex tracking...

10.5 lbs, 15.2 in. x 15.2 in. x 15.2 in.

...and then I see its at the post office, so I think hey let's take that tracking number on over to usps.com and .... oh my gosh its out for delivery today!!!!

I can hardly wait, first Beautiful Ocean Cabana, oh my gosh, might have to drive home at lunch and hope the mail gal has already come by today, woo hoo!

That is where mine was prior to today. Should leave Edison, NJ shortly for the hand-off to the US Postal Service. Even though my delivery date is scheduled for Saturday, in the past it has arrived a day after the Edison NJ hand-off.
Fingers crossed for the Jumble calendars.

3 - 2010 Desktop Calendars
3 - Gold's Gym Tote Bags
1 - Screaming Monkey
1 - Children's T-shirt

Overall not bad. But 2010 calendars, seriously? I know it's a bag of "crap", but w/ 3 months left in 2010 those are literally worthless. You can't even give them to the in-laws...or can you? Oh well, with my first Baggie of Cthulhu behind me I will keep praying to the woot gods and try again next time.

Guess I didn't get any real "prizes" like some others did in this particular bag, but still worth it...

Mine also just arrived in Atlanta and according to My FedEx, just gained .1 pounds and shape shifted its dimensions from 15x4 cubed to 24.5 in. x 12.6 in. x 12.6 in. I have a feeling that it will look like the box on the stoop in Denver. Next stop Orlando then on to MIA.

Well so far I have only seen 2 people with lighter Baggie of Cthulhu than me at 5.7 pounds. This is my first Baggie of Cthulhu since joining in 01/2008. Mine departed Kansas City over 12 hours ago headed to the far south suburbs of Chicago. I can't wait and am checking updates all the time. By the way does anybody think anything real good can weight 5.7 pounds?

That's the best idea I've read so far! We usually use all the old pages as note/scrap paper.
