My cameras have those little cylindrical capacitors (I think) in the USB connection cables. Does that mean I shouldn't use this to connect to them?

If its a SD card or Mini SD card just get a converter or slot on a laptop and get your pictures that way simple.

One of them must. Older blackberrys use mini usb and newer blackberrys use micro usb.

($3 x 3) + $5 shipping = $14 for 3, or $4.33 each! So I can put you down for 3, right?

For $1 shipped on eBay you can get a mini USB to microUSB adapter and then have a complete set of connections.

They aren't capacitors, they are ferrite beads and are just there to reduce the effects of electrical noise being picked up by the cables. They aren't necessary but if you are in a very electrically noisy environment you might have problems without them.

It's a BB Storm, but it is different from what I am used to. I thought it was proprietary.
