I'm new myself, but it looks like once a month? I've only seen two myself, though, so I could be wrong.

Or your house is full of stuff you don't need and monkeys.

Typically monthly, they have missed a month occasionally (but might put in a special event in that month instead: if I recall correctly, the woot-off did not occur in the month they had the stock-market promotion, where you ordered a woot-off light. The order # last digit had to match something with a stock market index last digit to get a treasured Bag.)

Well....I might as well soak my wrists in ice water and look for a stray razor, since I not only missed this Patriotic Monkey but the Bucket of Candy as well.

that, my friend, is the question of the last 2 hours. They have kept the damn spinning lights on, taunting us poor, desperate to fork over cash, wooters. Check any of the last 250 comments or so...pissed off wooters screaming to hit the lights.

And so it ends.

Where's this messing up you speak of? People are whining, servers are crashing during the big event, and the product descriptions are full of typos.

Sounds Wootastic to me.

Wow, yeah you are. Servers have been fairly wacko. Keeping the lights on and shutting them off NOW just feels like Woot has truly gone to the evil side. Good thing I bought a lot the past few days, I may just give up next woot off. for REAL.

Honesty IS the best policy! and, seeing your woot stats, I already figured you had. wow, you must have some serious clout to have FINALLY convinced them to get those lights off. We ALL thank you, mrktshop!!!!

And, really, I got my monkey, so I'm not really too too upset. Just don't like feeling like Im being Frankensteined with. As whomever said way back when, guess we wooters are a bit bipolar. Bipolar lab rats. yup. and this one will likely be back for more.

But, seriously, a glow in the dark monkey and/or zombie monkey would make it allll worthwhile.

Taken for a ride? Howso? You got the items you bought at a good price, and presumably they're things you wanted. That's the purpose of a wootoff- for them to clear out inventory. And no, they don't get revenue for ad refreshes.

What exactly is so disappointing about this woot off if you managed to find $600 worth of items you wanted?
