Thank you for your response. Yes, I followed the instructions, and it takes me to the same FedEx tracking page that I've been following through the links provided through the shipping and tracking notification that was emailed to me after purchase. It indicates that it went from SmartPost Dallas to SmartPost Denver between Oct 28 - 29, and then waited over a week there before sending "shipment informaion" to US Postal Service. And that is the final entry.
