I still haven't gotten any shipping notice yet and none is showing under my account. I would have expected to receive notice by now.

Just checked on the tracking- from what I've been told, they've all been shipped but we were having problems importing the tracking. That should have been fixed, and if not already, we should have the rest of the emails out soon. Anyone missing theirs is welcome to email in and we'll get that info to you.

Yes, the batteries are included. You've got to be careful about the packaging, though, as you can miss them. The froggies are shipped two to a box, with them resting on a cardboard shelf that contains the batteries. If you don't think to look into the packaging, you'll miss the batteries.

Each takes three batteries. They're packed in pairs, with two pairs under one frog and the third pair under the second. I thought I had a bonus! battery pair until I figured out that they take 3 each.

Woot! Now 100+ woots for me!
That's 87 woots (Including Twelve Bats On Crack!), 12 Sellout.woots, 8 wine.woots and 4 kids.woots, and finally, 2 shirt.woots!

Weird, I only received two pairs of batteries.

But you look at it like this tho . It is a LOT cheaper to buy one of these guys for less than 20 .00 than what it would be to pay out 200.00 to a plumber + water damage too. and the Hasle with the insurance company . So heck yes they are Well worth it

If you have an alarm or not ... it won't save a penny if you need a plumber. His charges are not effected. The savings is in the cost of other damage or repair. The earlier the detection the better chance you have to mitigate damage.

Woot is really slow on this one. 11/26 - my frogs will miss Thanksgiving !!!! Anyone tie these into the home alarm?

Ditto, I've had my tracking number for a few days, but fedex says it's a no-go.

On a side note, I should've gone in for 3 pairs... We will need one more than I bought... D'oh!

*UPDATE* My tracking number was sent to me on 11/17, but Fedex is STILL showing nothing as of 11/22... I am now a wee bit concerned...

It appears that the One (pair) Leakfrog that I got has more than paid for itself in a warning of a slow leak of a water heater..... Since the last time the water heater went back in 1997 or so it was a good amount of wall board replacement, stuff ruined and a insurance claim......

So it (they) were one of the better Woots thus far.

So being able to take care of the issue before it hits that stage, PRICELESS.

I was worried too, so I emailed service@woot.com, Riley wrote back to me and let me know that my Frogs were not shipped out. They are sending a replacement. Perhaps you should try that?

I have some irony. We decided to buy more Froggies during the most recent woot-off. Well, we got those frogs yesterday - and are still waiting for the ones we ordered on 11/9. RTF?!? (Ribbit-The-@#$%) LOL. Still love woot though.

**UPDATE** Received my replacement. It's short a 2-pack. Loving W00t! a lot less today.

**UPDATE 12/22/2010** Finally received the rest of my order. All is well in W00tland.

Has anybody had experience with these detecting lightning also? During two recent severe storms I hear a POP with lightning hitting and the leak frog starts beeping. No water leaks and it just goes off for a few seconds. Very strange. It only happens with the one closest to the outside wall. The frog behind the washer stays quiet.

Yea, mine go off with severe lightning strikes that are really close too.
