Is anyone having issues with the pages not updating when they hit refresh? At first I was only having trouble with the main page but now I'm having trouble with the community page as well.

I just sit here and look pretty.

i was lured into a false sense of security with the baby monitor and voip thing - now I'm stuck here at the computer during lunch.

I take it back - thought there were only a few of these but no they seem to be stuck in the 90% range! yay lunchtime!!

cook a steamer so much more work then an iron, or does my steamer just suck?

yonian

quality posts: 2 Private Messages yonian

Just use the old trick of hanging your garment in the bathroom while taking a really long hot shower.

Works best in a hotel/motel, otherwise you'll be paying for the extra steam yourself.

Steamer Eh.

Seriously, I need a Roomba. 500 series, new. Not refurb, it's a gift. Can't give a refub as a gift.

I have four cats! And Two Roombas.

Have one of these from a previous woot, love it. It gets ordinary stains out (somehow - I don't know how). It keeps my clothes from being too wrinkled before I go out. It's ready to use in seconds. It stores easily. It's really the best.

What sells me on this is:

"Lint Pad for a perfect finish"

Where else can you get something that is perfect for under $70??

I bought one of these on a previous woot, and I love it. It works realy well on everything I have thrown at it. I love that it gets up to steam in less than a min or so. I am now wearing my thin sweaters that would always wrinkle before. Also I can wear linen clothes - before it was such a pain to iron that I never bothered.

This thing rocks (IMHO)

never saw a steamer on a woot off before...that's a new wrinkle....

I bought one of these on a previous Woot Off. It is WONDERFUL! It is very portable and only takes a minute to warm up. It gets the wrinkles out of very thick polo shirts in a matter of minutes. I read all of the reviews before I bought it and some people were upset that it left clothes wet. This is untrue. It leaves them a little damp but doesn't take long at all for it to dry up completely. I use the crap out of it and am extremely glad I bought it!

Wooted one of these a while back, we mostly love it. Much easier than dragging out an iron and ironing board. The only problem I see is that the hose is too short.

How fast are you trying to refresh?

It's likely a caching issue, but would be hard to say what's causing it.

I use a spray bottle to spray a mist of water on my clothes. Wrinkles come out almost immediately, and the clothes dry while I am driving to work. For travel, I have a small bottle that I can fill at the hotel.

we got this steamer a few month ago off woot and there was some weird sediment in the actual tank. we were noticing the reservoir's water would start changing to a yellow color, so we investigated. It looked like it was corn starch or something of that sort. Nonetheless, we kept adding water and scooping out the sediment for about a week and now it steams like crazy!

I'm still considering opening up the unit and seeing if there's anymore inside preventing it from steaming even more!

Now using the steamer, I can steam 5 dress shirts and 5 pairs of pants in about 30 to 35 minutes. I do this every week, so i've gotten good at it. Plus, i only use non-iron shirts (but those always need to be ironed).
