How long do these usually last for? And, do they warn you of when they are close to ending?(or when it's on the last item)

do these really work?

I remember reading somewhere that if you break the ceramic off of sparkplugs and throw the peices against windows, they will shatter the window even though they are small and light because they are very hard, not sure if that's right.

It won't crack the window, the idea is you break the window... it just focuses all your pressure onto one spot so it will shatter.

This is the kind of crap that my wife expects me to buy on woot! I'm going to disappoint her.

Its all random....they can last for days, sometimes only a day, or hours...its all random and keeps us all guessing. No item determines the end. Usually after the Bundle of Cornucopias its over, but not always.

Too many of these....come on people buy em lol

Others can correct me if I am wrong, but this is what I've observed in woot-offs.

Length: 2-3 day average.

Announced: Don't think so, but you can generally count on one a month.

Last Item: Usually it is either a screaming monkey or a set of spinning woot-off lights that end the woot-off.

Hint: Typically the Bundle of Cornucopias shows up mid-afternoon the second day.

My auto has been looking unhappy.... I suspect it may want to escape! Should I get these to help it?

I bet I have time to go flip an out of control Toyota into a river, upside down and under two feet of ice (of course) and manage to crawl out using only my pocket knife and my Snap-On center punch before we see a Bag-O-Crap tonight.

Received one of these for Christmas from relatives a few years ago (without all the knives & whistles). Kept it in the glove box and sold the car. I think we all have different cars now so it's my turn to give this out as a gift...glad I ordered early...I think they are almost gone!
