But some of us semi-serious persons considered it for everything in the photo. I must be spoiled because I was really surprised that each little mini-set was $2.99.

Hmm..this is cheap. I guess it's good that that Lexington Law place got rid of EVERY credit dollar that I owed so now I can buy more stuff off of woot, haha. Hard to believe you can just call and those fools have a way of just getting rid of CC debt. Merry Christmas to me I guess.

Just tried to order 3 of the 60 piece multi-tool and it said: Your first Skil Tool Set selection is invalid (unavailable in Skil 007-550-SKL 60pc Multi-Tool Set). for each. So, I tried every other tool and got the same type of answer for each: "Your Skil Tool Set selection is invalid..." Sent message to Woot, hopefully they Reply before these are all gone!!

Woot rarely has socks. For that, go to K-Mart. PS you said xxxx (things you put on your feet, and Woot translated to socks.

Lowes have similar stuff for $1.50-$1.99. I dont see the value of these $2.99 toys.
Also, shipping really kills the deal.

Woot does substitute spellings from time to time and caught me with one in the reply box but then back to normal in the comment section. Cool.

Does anyone else find this ad a little misleading? It says Product-1 Skil set, then next to set it list all the sets. Looks like I should get all those sets for 2.99.

Your snowboard requires different sizes besides 1/4 inch and these are all 1/4 inch. You'd be better off buying a multi-tool specifically designed for adjusting snowboard bindings.

Might be a nice set to just leave in the back of your car or camper. Wish it came with a bag.

The sock talk is making me nervous.
There was some confusion last year, so let me be clear:
Anybody who gets me socks this year is going to need a visit from the Tooth Fairy.

The multi tool has metric sockets and drivers, so it would be good.

Good luck getting your stuff from Woot. I bought an item some weeks ago and it never arrived. I contacted them and they let me know that my purchase "didn't go through, sorry... we'll reimburse your money within the next business days". That's how I found out. Wrote them an email and never got and answer back. Terrible service, worse customer service.

I bought the ratcheting screwdriver (the bendable one at the bottom of the image)and 6 bits for $4 at OSH.

Quality is decent. It's not Craftsman or Snap-On, but seems good enough for home use. I wouldn't rebuild an engine with them, but for home projects like assembling kit furniture or tightening screws on a fan, seems good quality (better than most things you get from the bargain bin)

For snowboarding I would get the 4 piece T screwdriver. The palm screwdriver would also work, but it wont lay flat in your jacket. It would be like carrying around a doorknob. Many snowboard companies make tools almost identical to the T screwdriver. You just wouldn't need to carry the long extension.
