I love how my Bag of Coal was listed as ".7 lbs" and ended up being a 15" cubed box Stuffed with stuff, including a cast aluminum ginger bread house form (that weighed 3-4 lbs by itself) and a bunch of other stuff.
I also haven't seen the software we got listed anywhere else, BTW (see my posting from back on page 29).
But then, my wife's box, listed as 6 pounds came (yes, we got two after years of drought)(and yes, we got our hopes up - figuring it had to be about 100 lbs by applying the same multiplier that seemed to apply to my box).
Of course, it came and was about 2 lbs max:
-4 Phillips multi-remotes.
-2 PGA hats
-1 PGA backpack
-3 gym totes.
-other stuff I'm forgetting - like a "Vike on Bike" Woot shirt, for one.

Sure would have liked to see more electronics. But as a household - we can't complain at all. Fun Bag of Coal, Woot - thanks!

If you ordered paid for 3 Bag of Coal would you expect 3 bags?
All I received in mine was 1 and an aqua globe set and some would you rather calendars.

Will yours boot up completely.... I also got one for my letter item, and it won't get past the apple logo when it boots up.

You'd expect to get at least 3 (sometimes more) items, none of them necessarily a bag. Sometimes you will get more than one of the same item, and that counts as multiple items. (so, for example you would get 3 would you rather calendars and that would count as 3 craps)

So, it sounds as though you got 3+ items
1 bag (is it the PGA bag most people are getting?)
1 box of aqua globes
1+ would you rather calendars

Yup it is completely charged. The Apple logo comes on and then about 2 minutes later a white wheel (its the I'm thinking icon for Apple) comes up but it doesn't move. I let it sit there for about 3-4 hours. I did a hard reboot (press the power and home button together for 10 seconds until the phone turns off) and it still goes to the same spot.

I sent a message to woot. Mine boots. You should try putting it into DFU mode (google for instructions), then plug it in to a computer running iTunes. If not, these phones seem to come with a 90 day refurbished warrantee.

I bought an itouch a while back from Woot and found it had a faulty home button. I took it right in to the Apple store. They checked the numbers and swapped it out. Congrats on the haul!

So my second "letter" item came. It's an iPhone...like everyone elses.

But Woot did mess this up...my brother is pissed because the package actually had his name on it. I explained in an earlier post that they attached his name to my address and it is a mistake as his stuff is always sent to his college address. He has an account, but his Bag of Coal was sent to a different location and AFAIK he didn't get a letter...still he persists. Now I have to hear about him complaining that it is his...
