I leave mine down. IMO it is easier to scrape the window like that, and some card have heating elements there.

For me it generally depends on how much snow is predicted; more than 2-3 inches, I put 'em up - easier to sweep the snow off. I'll also put them up if ice is predicted so they don't freeze to the glass.

We get so little snow that I never thought about it! We are supposed to get an inch of snow tonight. AZ, hubby got a replacement battery for his new blackberry and it is working great. He has only used one bar all day. The original battery would be just about dead by now.

Yea, that is this semester. It is ok so far. Haven't met any a-holes yet. Have to do some BS prerequisites because of transferring but it isn't that bad.
