It's only two points, and a skinny cow ice cream sammich is 4. I think it only has 100 calories.

I've probably told you this but the ASU college inn has the best cookies! The library director's association had meetings there several times over the years. For afternoon break, they served yummy cookies.

Grilled Chicken & squash. more squash, less chicken. It was good though.

We had a veggie dinner last night. Squash, mustard greens, stewed potatoes, navy beans and corn bread. Not much WW would approve of considering I fried the squash!

It would have been okay if it was Tommy James. Click 5 - make her study!

I'm not a fan of weight watchers. IMO there is too much emphasis on points, with too little on good nutrition.

Still single, can't imagine why.

I think the new plan emphasizes health & nutrition better. it accounts for protein, carbs, protein and fat, along with encouraging you to eat more veggies and fruit.

I'm eating a lot healthier since I started.

If I'm not mistaken, from what I've read, it's fiber, not protein.

Well, the old plan was big on fiber. I know that you could find things with less points that were clearly less healthy easily.

Still single, can't imagine why.

I forgot fiber.

The new system calculates points from fat, carbs, protein & fiber.

Yep. I remember that plan. Now something high in fiber might help reduce points, but something with really high carbs will jack the points back up. It's a little harder to fool now I think.

My friend's calculator doesn't have protein on it.

He has a new one and it just has calories, fat and fiber. It doesn't have carbs either. Maybe it's different online.

Isn't that normal for our age?

Very few people in their 50's are still at the weight they were at 25 or 30.

They just changed it again from points to points+ or something like that. They re-did all the points values of the food and the number of points you get in a day. I think it was just at the end of the year/beginning of this year.
