Morning.
No snow, but it's -5.
Brrr. I should buy some flannel lined work pants.

If I didn't have a mile walk to my office, I wouldn't have minded. As is, I am grateful it wasn't windy.
Wyoming winds made these temperatures brutal...here, it's just durned cold!

He is wearing sunglasses. Why? Because sunglasses are cool and my puppy is awesome.
Still single, can't imagine why.

Did you hit traffic?
Nope.
Had to come in early so I could call some folks in Europe before they went home for the night.
Now I'm ready to leave for the day.

Truck passed emission test, f-i-l errands run and safely home. I checked out the local granola-eater store to see if I could find tofu burgers for vegetarian son in law, he's going to have to pick out what he wants because I had no idea what the hell I was looking at.

Is there a reason you're looking for burgers? There are lots of better vegetarian options that everyone would likely enjoy. Pasta + veggies, where you can have sliced chicken breast available for those who want it, for example. Of all the vegetarians I know, very few make those meat substitution paties a regular part of their diet...

Planning to grill burgers one night for a family get together, so since everyone else will be a-burgering I thought I'd go that route. When we were up visiting them last summer that's what he ate...so..Anyway I'll wait until they get here and let him decide what he wants to eat.
edit// We are doing pasta the night before.

Aha. Well...Boca are my favorites. But probably just easier to take him shopping. If it were me, I'd go for a big portabella mushroom--can grill it and eat it like a steak/burger...much tastier.

Hover over the box and look at the preview bar...for FF, that's the bar on the bottom of the window that usually says 'done'

Well, I need that the rest of the week too, but I use a different excuse.

Then went to granddaughter's SO's pizza place, where he stuffed us with antipasto, huge calzones, and something new they're going to put on the menu, stuffed breadsticks (ham & cheese and pepperoni & cheese), really good. That takes care of dinner, too.
