The Front has a Lip

It can be used for Grip

It can also catch a Drip

Not quite deep enough to hold Dip

This concludes my little Quip

So it is boughten.... So it must be paid off with a second job!

Surely you're not serious! We've got to look at this crap for 24 hours? Bad woot, bad! If I wanted crap, I'd wait for the woot off random Big Orphaned Cetacea, (Which I'm sure will include a hell of a lot of these), or head on over to a few of the other "daily" deal type sites, which is all they ever sell. Oh well, can't win them all!

This actually looks like it would take up MORE room. When did it become difficult to move a coffee maker a few inches?

"Well of course, Steve. Do you like coffee?"

"Boy, do I!"

"Do you get tuckered out leaning in NINE WHOLE INCHES for that coffee pot?"

"Hells yeah I do! I'm getting tired just typing!"

"Well give up that $11 cuz we got something so unbelievable, you'll totally facepalm just reading about it!"

I don't really understand how this will gain me counter-top space. One of these things won't even fit on the counter in my uni dorm kitchen.

Well...... I never installed wall cabinets. So, I guess this would be useless on my countertop.

Can't pull a coffeemaker out from under the cabinet without hitting your head on it?

You too need the Handy Caddy!

Warning, not suitable for children under 2, cats, dogs, gators, raccoons, giraffe, elephants and penguins. Grass counter tops not recommended.

Why do Mr. and Mrs. Handy Caddy have separate kitchens? I'd assume they're separated, but you see them together at the beginning of the commercial. Maybe they're not married at all, and their last names are just a coincidence?

Hah. My big complicated juicer sits out on the counter (or else I wouldn't use it, would I?) and I do have to move the darned thing forward every time I want to use it... and that's annoying because the 3-piece motor base, juice container and pulp container always have to be fiddled with to get them back into proper alignment before I can juice the carrots. So much so that it's tempting to just open a soda instead.

I am SO getting one of these.

Really, I'm not blue, I don't have a ratty beard, and I NEVER wear pink.

One possibly good use for the Handy Caddy:

- It might actually be decent for the stuff in the back of the fridge.

Five fairly ridiculous uses for the Handy Caddy:

- Remember that scene in The Blues Brothers, when Jake and Elwood get kicked out of the penguin's office, and how she didn't walk back into her office, but rather, glided backwards into it? Yeah, if the lighting was just right, you could re-enact that. But on a much smaller and less impressive scale. Perhaps with an all-cat cast.
- Place them in your back yard and put garden gnomes on them. Every day, move the caddy slightly forward to give your unsuspecting roommates/family members/neighbors the impression that the gnomes are slowly advancing on your house.
- It would be a mediocre pedestal for Aunt Mabel's urn.
- In emergency situations, can be used to paddle a canoe through calm waters.
- Put it on your night stand to make things that are slightly out of reach magically transform into things that are slightly less out of reach. Or, slightly more out of reach. Whatever cocks your pistol.

wait, whats the point? i mean i understand its simplicity and i could use this for my coffee maker (technically because of the way i have it positioned on my counter top)

but plastic sliding plate stand/trays?
only inside of a cabnit used to help get pots/misc items out, but there are better tools for even that chore

seems dumb

I ordered one (i.e., 2, when you order 1 you get 2, you know what I mean...). Why? Well, I AM incredibly lazy, and every day I have to pull out a blender, an electric kettle, and a coffee grinder, and the former two items don't slide. Because they don't slide, to pull them out I must life them, and to put them back I can't push them (because they don't slide), and I again must lift them. Because I'm incredibly lazy, this means that my under-cabinet kitchen counters are always crowded. I hope these pieces of junk from TV land will rectify the problem; at this price (half of WalGreen's current price, cheaper than Amazon, etc.), it's worth a shot.

electro wrote:What is the dimension of the width of the tray.

I'm pretty sure the only relevant dimension is the 21" (fully extended). I mean, what else do you need to know?

OK, I'll try to come up with some justification for this. Those appliances usually have black rubber feet that stick and leave black residue on your countertop. Particularly annoying if your countertop is white. Put them on this: who cares if they stick (all the better) and it doesn't leave a visible mark. You're welcome. 50% of your gross will be fine.

schtonk

quality posts: 0 Private Messages schtonk

Umm ... how wide is the tray? It says that the top panel *length* is 12'', the bottom panel *length* is 9'', the fully extended *length* is 21'' and the height is 1''.

How wide, though? I'd guess about 5'', but I want to make sure it fits.

It's clearly a marriage built on lies and inaccessible caffeine supplies.

Also, Mr. Handy Caddy totally looks like the kind of guy who, in a more alert state, might say, "Mr. Handy Caddy is my father's name - call me Ted."

which looks to be the same as the video woot posted, plus information on how-to-buy.

So if I buy 4 of them can I sit the fridge on top and move the fridge back and forth 9 in. to clean behind it? Shelves? Would this work on linoleum flooring?

Might be useful for the elderly or handicapped.
