10.9 pounds, shipped to Baltimore, delivery date 2/16. If the contents are of any interest, I'll do a followup post.

This is my first Bag of Cosmos and I must say - this is alot of fun for 8 bucks, huh?

Now I understand why folks go crazy over
getting a Big o' Cosmos.

The excitement of actually getting to buy such a hard to get item, waiting for shipping, finally seeing the weight, wondering about the unknown contents, dreaming about getting an expensive item, waiting for delivery, the fun of opening of the box..

Can't wait!

FedEx tracking says 4.6 lbs. I weighed it on our FedEx scale here and it came out to 2.45 lbs. So, I definitely would not take the FedEx tracking.

1 x Pirates of the Caribbean Accessory Case
1 x Nuby Natural Touch Baby Bottle
2 x Flaming Screaming Monkey
1 x 180s Ear Warmer
1 x Aqua Globes (1 intact, 1 broken)

My 5.4lb bag came earlier than expected. (shipping estimation: 14th)

By far the biggest box of crap I've gotten.
12 X 12 X 24

Contents:

Woot Calendar
2 flying monkeys
One of those neat flowering tea things
2 aqua globes
Purse
A lovely breast pump
One previously returned 'does not transmit' wireless headphone set. Comes with a few useful wires at the least.
Edit: after brief testing, the wireless headphone set works perfectly fine. It also picks up radio signal.

Uhg, I'm reading this thread to see how many people have got theirs and how long it took to ship, but also trying to skip over their lists of what they got so it will be a surprise for me lol.

Jatravartid smartpost, my package is only a 2-3 hour drive from me and it still says its going to take 5 days for delivery!

My wife is currently pregnant, so if my Big o' Cosmos differs too much I might have to ask about some of these breast pumps and breast milk storage kits!

They aren't those manual breast pumps are they?

My dimensions are the same but the weight is only 23.9. So much for the 'standard' calculation by FedEx. There certainly is some variation in these BoCs, anyway.

But I have to point a camera and push a button! The excitement of finally getting the crap... opening it... playing with it for a few minutes, and then the dreaded feeling of 'oh, that's it?' I'm sure there is a certain type of scenario two people experience that resembles opening your Big Orphaned Cetacea but it escapes me. Anyway after it's all said and done I just want to lay down and cry myself to sleep.

I mean, oh what the heck I'll post.

Not sure why direct image link is producing a broken image on the forums.

OH I get it. The code automatically converts images with Big o' Cosmos in the name and brokes em. Renaming image.

They were a set of returned wireless headphones. The note on the box said 'transmitter defective' but after fiddling with it I found out they work just fine. They also function as fm radio headphones and come with a cable to work as hard wired headphones.

Mine's also on the slowest truck ever, also departed Dallas at 9:07 Thurs night.

My kids.woot order had the same Dallas departure time on Thurs, and it shows arrival at New Berlin, WI at 5:44 this morning.

I don't think the Martinsburg,WV depot ever weighs or measures the boxes. Mine stay in their cubic form until they reach my door.

Looks like they do for at least some! My Cabbage went through Martinsburg overnight and dropped 0.1 lb to 7.3lbs, and the dimensions went from 13.5 inches cubed to 24.9 x 13.1 x 12.8. Next stop, Northborough, MA depot!
