Hi hi, most of these have shipped (yours included). Today's the fifth business day and we're finishing up shipping as I write this. Tracking emails should be out by the end of the day, some may be accessed by looking up your tracking using your order number as the reference here.

My player arrived. I hooked it up right away and connected it to my wifi. I let it update.

I got this because I have thousands of WMV movies I'd like to play on a tv. I can't get it to find WMV videos whether on CD or DVD or USB drive.

I put in a BD and it asked permission to go online for content. I okayed that and I got two trailers! Not really what I expected or wanted.

I'll have to try Blockbuster or Netflix or Pandora. Maybe one of those will justify this upgrade from a profile 1 player to profile 2.

I got mine today, haven't had time to play with it. I got it more as a Roku replacement that also plays DVDs. Very few of these DVD players do Blockbuster, most do Netflix but Netflix is not that good, old movies.

I've had mine for a few days now...everything works quite well. It doesn't skip, lockup, or boot slowly like some have mentioned of older Memorex products. With the update on the player you can now stream Blockbuster. I wish I could find the dang remote code to program into my universal remote though...

I received mine yesterday, hooked it up and connected it to my wireless router no problem. Then when I try to go to WI-Fi netflix it wont do anything. After several phone calls to both netflix and Memorex I'm told by Memorex that it sounds like a defective product and to take it back to store.

Now how do I go about getting a replacement from Memorex? Do I tell them I bought it from Woot and will they warranty it? If I send it back to Woot I'm told to expect a refund and I eat the shipping. Thoughts please. Thanks.

I'm in the same boat. What to do ? Tonight I will try using an RJ45 instead of wireless. There is an error message that says something about not connecting to some .com website although the status is connected. Maybe the non wireless approach will work.

Popped in a standard DVD and I was very happy with the appearance, filled the screen with the correct aspect ratio and looked very sharp and clear.
I am looking forward to playing the Blu-Ray of "Inception" that should arrive from Amazon today.

I got mine today and hooked it up and it looks good. It loads a lot faster than the Memorex 2510 Blue-ray player that I bought from Woot three years ago. I just wish it would have come with an HDMI cable like my last one. I hope this one works as well as my last one.

Mine showed up today as well. I installed the update right away over wifi with no problems. I tried to connect to Netflix using composite cables and it did not work. It worked fine with HDMI.

I was really hoping I could use it without HDMI on my daughters old crt for Netflix.

After reading the horrible reviews I rolled the dice and got one of these. Mistake. It freezes up at LEAST twice a day, gonna contact memorex and at least get an exchange if not a refund.

The RJ45 wired approach worked great! Immediately updated the firmware and added Blockbuster to the online streaming options. Sacrificing the wireless approach for $90. I'm in. Player is quiet, quick and quality is fantastic. Just no wireless. I'm keeping it.

Mine is totally frozen!! It wont turn on...if I plug it in it says "waiting" and then shuts itself off...no response.

It worked for one day. I am pretty sure I threw out the box and packaging too...quite foolish.

also, Network Test fails. connects to gateway, resolves broadcast.com, but timesout when connecting to broadcom.com. any ideas?

This is the WORST thing i have ever bought from woot!!!!!!!!!!! It wants to constantly update, it says it's connected to wifi but when I try to use it I get a message saying that it isn't connected, it takes FOREVER to actually load a disk. Turing it on? Now theres a lesson in patience. Am I the only one?

I bought one of these. It was easy to set up and the picture quality is great. The remote feels good. It's not a bad product.

it's true, Netflix and Pandora don't work without HDMI cables. Sadly, the manual buries this fact deep in a paragraph as "Only HDMI output is available when Netflix is in use" Couldn't be more obscure. So, when you try to go to Netflix using the cables that come with it... the whole thing locks up so hard you have to unplug it to reboot.

Do yourself a favor and buy an HDMI cable before you even open the box. :D
