You're correct in that the Class rating is based upon minimum write speed, from wikipedia:
"The Class number represents a multiple of 8 Mb/s (1 MB/s), and meets the least sustained write speeds for a card in a fragmented state"
In a 'fragmented' state, the card has data on it that is scattered across the card. This means during a sustained write, the card controller must continually jump around, storing small portions of the data in different positions. This, inturn, represesnts the 'minimum' write speed.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT know the class of this particular card, as it is given in MAXIMUM write speed (15.6 MB/sec). However, if we make a guess that the minimum speed is HALF of the given maximum, this card would be a class 8.
