I know, right? I've had a few of them where I came back feeling more worn out than when I started! Interestingly, those tend to be the vacations where I go visit family...

Oh no! Feel better! The crud is no good at all. =(

I know my stuff often does. Particularly if it's large flat stuff and it's a windy day. =3

No. Just that a portion of our former contract went to a competitor. It does not bode well for our part.

Yay for anitbiotics!!!

So the living room is never going to be finished. Orc pulled up a bunch of floor boards and wet insulation today. Gotta let that air dry for a bit, then buy some wafer wood and insulation and un-hole-ify the floor.

So of course anything that even remotely goes near the floor hole is nowhere near where it belongs and the lack of appropriate lighting is become an urgent issue - the ceiling fan burnt out three lights this week and since we just replaced them last month, really don't feel like doing it again, ever!

Haven't finished last two curtains because the hole is in front of them and I've been doing other things. Fabric for window scarfs still hasn't come in yet. Grrrrrr neeed my fabric!!!!

Can't believe it's already Wednesday, I need two extra days this week, although I prefer them without needing to go wrangle kids during lunch hours. Being a lunch lady is exhausting.

Oh and my hands reek of bleach because I'm back to working on the nursery once a week, but as a perk my kids use the church piano for practice (except today because Ver3 is sick and I didn't want sick germs in the room I'm trying to clean.)

Kid- boo crud, hope you feel better soon.
KtC- boo hole in floor, hope your fabric gets here soon.
Gman- yay upbeatness- boo to your competitors
LMR- Good to see you back!

I think that about covers it.

Looks like a storm might be heading this way. Nothing severe as it's too cold, just a lot of flash and a little rain.

In the end only kindness matters

thanks.

Not my night, just broke the nose piece off my glasses while talking to my dad on the phone.

On the plus side Ver3, said "Grampa" and "Tractor" (got the woot John Deere tractor today) both so my Dad could hear him.

I guess I should be glad Rusty isn't a puppy anymore.
I wouldn't want to be stuck in a house with a puppy for a week.

It will mean the crate on Easter. He'll be looking for trouble after all those days with no running around.
