That is exactly what I got (Level 2) I think they may be counting the body wash and lotion as separate craps.

Still haven't even gotten a tracking number...the stress is too much already and then they add to the fact I have no way to know where it is. The only reason I know they actually sent it out is because my reference number picked a 9.1 lb Big o' Cosmos that was shipped and now that doesn't work anymore. ughhhhhh.

Mine was the same deal until about 30min ago when it updated to arrived in denver. I think fedex is using the pony express for smartpost deliveries.

Mine, like yours, is a level 8 crap and is on its way to Ohio. the only difference is that mine is 10.5lbs and no dimensions are listed.

I got the same thing. I wonder if I can take it back to JC Penny and get store credit, it still has the tag on it. Trade it for some socks or underwear.

Where are you getting the size of you pkg mine just has weight.

Mine is also a level 10, 2.7lbs changed from 2.8lbs when it first scanned and mine is in the same facility en route to NEW JERSEY!
