GREAT SCOTT!! You brilliant bastard! It says

PS3-A9003 PCB-4

REV:1.3

I guess that means it's for a PS3? I don't own one, but I have no idea how that would work. Any PS3 owners have any ideas?

Also, the "REV:1.3" is obviously a blatant bible reference. The Book of Revelation, Chapter 1, verse 3 says: "Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and keep the things that are written in it, for the time is at hand." Drawing inspiration from The DaVinci Code that I saw again last night, I suspect that if I plug this into the usb cable found in Mary's tomb, the little round yellow speaker will begin to spew forth words of prophecy! The end of days is near, my friends, and I have discovered the ancient USB thingie of legend!

Seriously though, if you figure out what it's for, and you want it, I'll send it to you ;)

Looking at the USB in, out jacks and overall shape, I'm guessing maybe it's a charging station for something? Here's to hoping you can find a use for it.

If you google that first line, it does indeed sound like it's for a PS3. (The second line is obviously a manufacture date.) Maybe you could email Sony with the pic and ask them what it's for?

It "potato battery" psp charger unit.

You just slap a potato onto the stand and plug the other end into the psp.

What, do you people live in caves?

That is one of Sony's top selling eco-friendly charging units.

I was bored and a bit intrigued, so I decided to take a stab at figuring it out...

I'm 95% certain that it's an attachment for a PS3 controller.
I'm 95% uncertain what it might do.
A mere 5% certain it's a battery pack.

If you google image search "ps3 controller battery pack" you'll find some things that look quite a bit like it, though not exactly.

What's more, I don't see anything in there that looks like it could be a battery.

I tried a bunch of other searches, including "PS3 controller attachment", but the only things that look at all like it are the battery packs.

See anything in there, that doesn't show in the photo, that could be a rechargeable battery?

Pretty sure that round yellow thing is not a battery.

edit: after taking a closer look at my PS3 controller, I'm now 99% certain it's an attachment for the controller. Still no idea what it might do though (unless you can confirm there's some sort of battery in there).

It is a wireless charger for a ps3 controller. It for a powermat charger. Your part goes on the ps3 controller you place it on the charging mat.

I'm really scared right now...

I was having an issue with Evan in woot customer service with regards to my level 10 crap.. Were 2 six packs of grilling planks in a sealed box 1 crap? 2 craps? Or as Evan insisted, 12 craps?

I happened across ThreePieceWoot, and he 'personally' saw to it that "some more crap" will be coming my way...

Very, VERY scared right now...

5x Ultimotion Swing Zone Sports Games
16x Franklin Covey Priorities Premium Leather Notepads (8 boxes w/2 in each)
262x LeakFrogs (looks like 22 cases w/6 boxes in each, each w/2 LeakFrogs, but 1 case was missing one)
    4x Nutrition Label Scales
    1x Kalorik Grill
1x iRhythma Digital Docking Speaker for iPod
    4x Midland VOX GRMS Walki-Talkies (2 packs of 2 walkie-talkies)
    1x Nishika 35mm 3-D Film Camera
    1x Targus Netbook Chill Mat
1x Power Adaptor for something (?)

1x Discovery Kids Ultimate Tools Metal Detector
    1x Presorvac Marinater
1x Chef's Coice Edge Select Knife Sharpener
2x Pandigital Photolink One-Touch Scanner for Photos
1x Tens Back Pain Relief System (which I need after moving all this stuff)
    2x Philips HDMI 4' Cables
1x Box of 3 Aqua Globes Mini watering bulbs
3/4x Cy-Fi Wireless Speaker (I received the Power Supply, Manual, and Charge Base, but no speaker)
1x First Act 5-Pad Digital Drum Set (missing the Base Drum Foot Pedal)
1x Strawberry 16" collapsable Tote Bag
    1x Nvizo Pen Refill Kit

1x Franklin Covey Planner (I think)

    1x ART 101 Crayon
1x Woot "?" Bag with a note from threepiecewoot (Thanks for the personal touch).

All of this for a whopping $8.00. Heck, I even thought about going out and buying a lottery ticket, but then forgot all about it on the way home. Probably just missed being the newest millionaire, but who cares?!?! - I won on WOOT! Since I teach, most of this will go to the kids. I'll probably keep one of the Leather Notepads, the Chef's Choice sharpener, one of the photo scanners, and perhaps the Grill. Oh, and I'll probably keep the Woot ? Bag just for the memories.

Hopefully, next time one of you will be the lucky ones.
