I am convinced that this game has random winnings. I think you wont get double blocked by random. Obviously there are winners. And the people reporting that the more bags being received gives you less chance of being blocked is incorrect. I had %100 of bags being received and still got blocked. Anyways, nice try woot. I guess the joke is on us for wasting our time playing a game that can’t be beat only to get zero reward at the end. How many of us got further in the game than the current Bag O’ Crap level and still got nothing? How many of us were cruising along doing great and then the servers crashed? Can’t they look at the amount of past serve traffic on a given day at a given time or a Bag O’ Crap day and plan accordingly. Seems like a lot of stick and no carrot.

Also, Woot said the old system did “...nothing to distribute the Bags O’ Crap according to the diligence or merit of the customer.” Wasn’t the old system based entirely on diligence? If you were here diligently at midnight you could get a Bag O’ Crap or whatever else was being offered, if you weren’t so diligent you may not.

Maybe if Woot spent less time making ridiculous Flesh games, thinking up pointless poll questions or producing less than humorous videos (honestly, that was the first time I’ve ever seen a video with a chimpanzee in it that wasn’t funny) and spent more time making sure their servers wouldn’t crash, we would all have a more enjoyable experience.

Should I be annoyed? Probably not. Should Woot do a better job with managing the site and quality control? Absolutely.

There may be a way to cheat between, but I do not see a correlation between multiplier and filling both lanes. I have had it happen on the first obstacle and many times later within level 1 while maintaining a perfect multiplier.

I must have gotten lucky: when Level One Crap came up this morning, I hit "I Want One" and went directly to the order screen. No games, no frustration... I was one of the 700+ folks that lucked out I guess?

Later, playing the game for my wife, I was on Level 4 when it was on level 3 crap. When I died, I didn't bother to click the "I Want One" (DOH!!!)... Could have saved SO much time...

I don't see what all the complaints are about. Getting a Big o' Cosmos on a woot-off was never easy. They threw together a quick fl@sh game for amusement on April 1st and... it's still not easy to get a Big o' Cosmos. What's the difference?

I'm a terrible gamer, the only console I own is a freakin GameCube, and I got to level 8 on my 4th attempt, and I just ordered a Big o' Cosmos. Not a prank, you really can win it.

The game is buggy, they probably wrote it in an hour. If you get porked by double lane blocks... play again.

Hints:
o. Delivering a Big o' Cosmos makes your score go up faster
o. Not the entire surface of the obstacle kills the snail. So you may be able to cut ACROSS the BACK of the earlier obstacle and not count as hitting it.
o. When you are almost at the end of the level, IGNORE delivering packages. Just pay attention to avoiding obstacles.
o. After beating level 4 you go back down to level 1. It really is level 5 now, it just repeats the graphics.

But, of course, this game is obviously MADE to include random and unavoidable death. Sometimes there is just no way to make it through. And that's a *GOOD* thing! It stops the robots from getting all the prizes within 35 seconds of midnight.

Sorry but I'm shocked at all the whiny little rodents so deeply offended that they can't get a giant plasma 65" 3d tv for no effort! The game is cute - yes, like paper boy. The slug is cute. What's not to like?

Took me a whopping 20-40 minutes, not an hour, go past lev 6 (though no high score was maintained, my 90k was to be my claim to fame).

Two major things the whiners are missing

1) "You don't get something for nothing." If a random whatever is worth it, then it's certainly worth a couple minutes of your time. How dare you complain so loudly that you're not getting something for nearly-free!? Do any of you have jobs?

2) Nobody fair can get a random sack under the regular system, theoretically because there are a bunch of bot-running script-hugging twits who overload the servers with unmanned computer auto-blasts, so the only people getting the random bags are CHEATING. This is a system to prevent bots and scriptpunks from CHEATING the random purchase issues.

Yeesh. If the whiners really are all leaving, what loss? If they think this is unfair, what are the odds these are the people making actual purchases on this site to keep it in business? This is a business, after all...

After 3 years since I find out of the existence of woot, wootoffs, and Big o' Cosmos, I have finally scored my very first Big Orphaned Cetacea! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To all the wooters who are still struggling to get this, there is an easy way to obtain this, the answer has already been posted within the previous pages, just look deeply and apply it like I did to get what to seem a very easy yet tricky way to get your Big o' Cosmos!

We definitely beat the game, but when we "order your Big Orphaned Cetacea!" it takes us back to the game...

Yeah, join the crowd. I set my alarm for 12:55 (Eastern time)last night so that I could get online for the 1 AM switch on Woot. It doesn't matter whether you get to the right level or even beat it. You never get the Big Orphaned Cetacea unless you're the luck of the draw. I stayed up until 2:45 playing for nothing.

People can sit here defending Woot all day long, calling people whiners and telling us to get some perspective, but the fact is that UNLESS this is truly an April Fools' joke and there IS no Big o' Cosmos, not even for those who beat the game, this is ILLEGAL. It excludes people with certain disabilities from purchasing the product, and that is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Plain and simple. Nothing to debate.

The only issue I have with this is that I lose because there's points where you instantly lose. There's a stationary obstacle and an advancing one and no amount of timing would ever allow you to get by.
