Two ipod docks AND bluetooth as well; gee you can connect 3 idevices and listen to them. But can charge only ipods and iphones.

Since I only have one device and my dock includes a cd player and FM radio, I'll keep it and skip this.

Zune is turning mainly Software based, and will be on all WP7 phones. They offer a damn good music player and subscription service, and the ZuneHD was a fantastic PMP (and still is) when it was released. Fail marketing got the best of it.

Bought this at its last Wooting, here's my review-in-brief:

GOOD
Sound quality is very good
Being able to charge both my iPhone and my wife's is convenient.

BAD
For a unit this size that looks like (and costs) more than just an iPod dock, I was a little disappointed that it has no clock, no AM/FM radio, etc.
It does NOT come with the correct-sized plastic adapters for any devices, and the owner's manual warns against using it without them. So you get to make a trip to the Apple store to buy the little plastic "cup" that cradles your device. This piece is included with most other speaker docks.

Try this: You can sit on the couch with your iphone and surf the web while it plays your tunes through the speaker dock.

I'm hoping I can sync the speaker dock with my iMac, which also has Bluetooth, so that I can play my entire music collection without putting any device in the cradle.

That's basically how we use it, as the speakers for my wife's MacBook. Pairs just fine and allows my wife to use the Mac anywhere in the kitchen without interrupting the music.

Geez...Enough with the Amazon comments already. If you review woot-offs prior to the Amazon buy-out, they included items that were just as lackluster/repetitive/refurbished and unwanted as the items in woot-offs since the acquisition.

Everyone and their mom (assuming they grew up in china) is making iParaphenalia, and most users wouldn't use them if they were free. Which is why they end up here.

Someone earlier mentioned that you would need to purchase an adapter for the dock from apple. It is not currently compatible, but can be upgraded. If I read the previous comments correctly.

Maybe Steve Jobs will come to the rescue and save us from this anchor weight.
