8 days after purchase, my tracking number still shows "Not Found".
Saying something takes up to five days to ship and hitting day 8 without tracking info is legitimately disappointing. It isn't up to the customer to educate him/herself on the under-performing nuances of the shipping woot uses. If they say it takes up to five days to ship, there should be some kind of information available by day 8, or 6 business days after purchase. If they use a shipping service that is notorious, that should be somehow clear in the upfront transaction.
I give credit to woot to at least saying something to the effect of, "FYI, crap is slow," every time I get an email or check my order status, but it's still disappointing.
