So Woot apparently has more Nooks, but mine (along with lots of other Nooks, apparently) is lost somewhere.

Still waiting here in MO. My woot virginity too. A little concerned here. Was given high recommendations to shop with you, now this. We'll see.

I'm waiting in Virginia, and my FedEx tracking information also just says that shipment informaiton has been sent to FedEx.

Still waiting for mine in Kansas. Tracking info says it was scanned for shipping on 4-15, but no further update.

This is my first experience with Woot so this lack of info is making me nervous.

I ordered one for myself and one for my mother-in-law. Really hope this works out because finding this great of deal had made me the favorite in-law. I'd really hate to disappoint her. Plus I already ordered a cover on-line for mine.

So has anyone else not gotten so much as a broken tracking number?

I still have a thing saying they usually ship in 5. Most of my Woot stuff has come pretty quick.

I was really hoping to have this by Monday, but I don't know if it has shipped and been lost or never shipped at all.

I'm in the same boat here in north FL, no nook, no tracking info, nothing. I had ordered the nook for my mom to give as a present on Easter. That doesn't seem likely to happen so I'll be driving to Jacksonville empty-handed and will have to ship it to her later and not see the look of joy on her face.

At this point, any info on what's going on would be nice.

Im from Virginia, and nothing, i got the tracking number but it hasnt been found yet, this was my b-day present from my mom, but like, nothing. 5 days to ship, but no tracking was found, my friends say that woot is an amazing site, but i feel disappointed, seeing that ( 02927009713095063430) was already there, i feel jiped, someone please find out what has happened

That's kind of frustrating they're still selling nooks (to friends and family) when the staff before said it would be horrible not to have enough if they need to reship them. Maybe they should stop selling new ones until they get this figure out?

Do you guys remember when it took 4 - 6 weeks to get a package after you ordered it from a mail order magazine? And when it came at 3 weeks and 2 days you were so excited that it came early?

Yea...remember those days. 'cause that was 1990, not too long ago. Give Woot a break.

ordered mine from Kentucky and tracking number is all i got no tracking info either says its not found

the only problem with that is i live 2 hours from woot in texas. its not unusual for me to get my "stuff" before or right after my tracking starts working, in fact last time i ordered the only tracking i had was an origination scan before i got it.

that being said if these really did ship from woot here in texas like normal (then origin scan aside from rogue truck) i should still be one of the first to get one. the fact that i live so close have nothing and no infomration on it make me suspect that if these nooks really were shipped....its not a case of just not being scanned, it almost feels like they are actually missing.

So if the Nooks that weren't put on the main Nook truck have started showing up now, and if the Nooks on the missing FedEx truck just didn't get scanned in correctly, we should probably be receiving them soon. I'm going to cross my fingers that it comes tomorrow or Saturday. Has anyone who hasn't been able to track their package with their order # received their Nook? Did that make any sense?

Hopefully this wasn't already addressed because I didn't read through all the comments incredibly carefully.

Im in Oakland area, CA, and recieved the tracking number on the 19th. Right now its a broken tracking number, but I am not too worried yet. I would really like to get my nook (like, yesterday) or at least have an idea where it is, but things happen.

That being said, the only time I ever had an issue with woot (a shirt never showed up), I emailed them about it and they sent me a new one no questions asked.

I feel that though there may be some serious issue going on (and there may not be) woot will handle it. Yes we may not get our things with the usually expediency, but it will be taken care of.

that being said this is the age of e-commerce. quick prompt shipping is the norm now a days NOT the exception.

and theres alot of competition out there. theres a reason that until recently my last woot was over a year ago....

My tracking number finally shows up as arrived at the Fedex Smartpost in Dallas Texas as of 9:24pm. Looks like they're still in TX. I have an estimated delivery date of a week from today, 4/28. Was hoping to have it before then, but I'll deal. I've been waiting to purchase it for a couple of months anyway.

Mine is now in Dallas too (expected arrival on April 29th). Very eager to receive mine - I've been checking my tracking number at least two times an hour for the past four days. Thanks for the promptness Woot! - even if the delay is driving me absolutely CRAZY!

For those who are getting info on shipping, are you doing anything other than clicking on the tracking number in your order status?

Clicked on the tracking link in the email. It takes me to the Fedex tracking page. Up until tonight it said not found.

Still nothing for me on either USPS or FedEx tracking.

I just checked and mine has updated as well, tracking now says estimated April 28 delivery. That means that it wasn't shipped off until today/tonight. What a disappointment to have to wait a whole another week. I was hoping it was on the way still and going to get here sooner. I don't think I'd be recommending anyone to Woot if asked.

Out of a 100+ Woots, I did order a TV that never arrived. I did recieved a full refund though I really wanted the tv.(hope the tv it's not in the Woot breakroom)I also ordered a monitor that was doa and had to pay shipping($20) to return it so I could recieve a full refund.Other than those two instaces Woot has been good to me. I hope this is not my third problem.

Reporting here in San Diego, CA & just got the alert that my Nook has been tendered in Dallas, TX. Estimated delivery April 26.

I tried to cancel my order three days ago ( before I got the useless shipping number) and Woot said nope sorry it has proceeded to shipped status! Seriously? I don't think there's any reason not to cancel an order that is obviously not on its way..... Well, not to me anyway So much for having a pleasant 1st purchase from Woot!

If you go to "My Account", up at the top, and then on the left click on the purchase, there will be a link to your tracking number.

Yeah, that's the link I'm clicking on and there still isn't an update. I was just hoping that the email contained a magic link that would have more information than that page.

I'm in Virginia Beach and I still haven't received my Nook. When I look up the tracking # it says "Initiated" on 4/15/2011, but there has been no movement on there since. I'll just try to be patient for a little longer. I was hoping to have it for the weekend...

I'm picturing some FedEx schlub with a scanning gun working his way through that pallet over in yonder corner. If 5666 of them sold, and two are confirmed delivered, the remaining 5100 or so not yet scanned should be showing in Dallas sometime around 5 AM.

i so would not mind getting something extra for this...

Mine is in Dallas as of 9:34..... funny, when I checked and saw it, it was 9:15 here. (still central time)
