Haha, ya, but you only got two eyes and they don't grow back.

That is my main worry also with these. Put eye protection on the kids when they play with it or something, protective glasses are no big deal and dirt cheap.

o.k. I see lot's of noise and chitter chatter. All I want to know is it worth 18 bucks which is nothing. Will it last a day, week, what? Anyone?

It seems fun even it's it for just a couple of weeks.

On the main page, click the big yellow button to the right of the Batman picture, it says "I Want One" on it. This will take you to an order page.

Ok, now this is just way to freaking confusing. You mean that button that says "I Want One" means you order it there? Whoa, that is just way too cool! All this time I thought it meant I wanted to buy the website!

My young adult son still fancies both Batman and "toy" helicopters sooooo this is a no-brainer purchase. Bought two...backup will be used for spare parts....or become the primary if the one put into service becomes damaged badly and thus becomes the potential organ donor to the promoted backup.

My tracking number still shows as not being shipped. It only shows as shipping information sent to Fed Ex on 4/21. When I called Fed Ex, they said that means woot made a shipping label but the product has not shipped yet. I called them on 4/27. Please advise of the status.

Anyone else having problems getting it working? I bought two. Put 6 fresh batteries in each remote, however, the remotes won't charge the "batman" and the remotes won't turn on... Very disappointed to have two non-working batmen!

Any suggestions?

And yes, I checked to make sure the batteries are in the correct positions.

Wow, you too huh ? Mine arrived 2 days ago, and was DOA right out of the box. THe handset controller will not work at all, no lights at all, and won't charge the Batman. I too tried different sets of batteries, all brand new. My batteries are installed correctly too.

Very disappointing.

Exact same here. Brand new batteries...nothing. Seems to be a little red light inside the Batman blinking as if there is a bit of residual charge. No response whatsoever from the control box.

Now what?

I got mine today, charged it, set it out on it's first flight only to have one of the counter weights snap off.

It did not hit anything, bump anything, and had the weight intact when I started the blades.

Just glad I tested it before I gave it as a present to my son!!!!!!!

I also had what appeared to be a DOA Caped Crusader. No signs of life from the controller. Double-checked the batteries, they were in correctly, so I rolled them a few times, pulled them out and put them back in and the thing came to life. So Bat Boy is charging now. I'll probably destroy him on his maiden flight, but at least it looks like he may have a maiden flight.

Now if he only lasts long enough to torment my coworkers, he'll be worth every nickel!
