Morning!
AZ--I had 2 weeks off between jobs when I moved here from CA. In retrospect, I should have taken more time off, and not accepted the first job offer I got, but I was very stressed about not having income.

Well, learning I had six weeks severance pay coming has really reduced my stress level. Still, it would be nice to get back to work quickly and have two paychecks for a bit!!

What kind? I adore lemon thyme.
I'd probably make a salad dressing, and crackers, depending on quantity.

You MAKE your own crackers?
Not always, no, but homemade saltines are delicious. Way better than store bought. And most crackers are super easy--mix the dough, chill, slice, bake. Saltines have to be rolled out and cut, but are still so much better than it's worth it on occasion.
I've made these: Martha Stewarts Thyme Crackers and they're good. I sprinkled mine with grated asiago, I think. (it was the thyme or the rosemary ones, anyway, both were good).
