I may have just annoyed a neighbor. I've asked before to please don't burn stuff when I have my windows open, especially the last nice days of the year. Nope, burning piles of wet leaves this afternoon. Complained again. Considering I picked up their kids from school today because he got stuck in traffic and she runs a day care and couldn't leave.... There's no reason he can't burn on cold days. Actually, I think it's against the law to burn stuff here anyway, but I wouldn't go that far.

Well, another day has passed and I didn't use algebra once.

Sometimes I like the challenges, but I know that when we used to play some people would have two or three plays ahead mapped out and the game was to throw them off their plan. That was back when LKK, uncorked, and all them played though. (A LONG time ago)

If repetition is naturally occuring, I think it's fine as long as its not the same word.
If it's just posting whatever, then where's the "game" element? It's just an exercise in puerility.

Evening wooters!

So, I've come to the conclusion that the best guage of how happy the clients are is not what they say about the data, but rather how well (or if at all) they feed they feed us during a test...

Grrr... first time as a victim of office fridge thievery, and now I feel violated.

Had some ice cream treats in the freezer -- a half-full bag of "dibs" ice cream bits and an unopened box of ice cream sandwiches -- only to find this evening that the bag now contains one sole dib (so not only did they clean it out, but they didn't even bother to throw away the package?) and my new box of sandwiches was (improperly) opened and a third of them gone. not cool, people!

I hope they can understand. I hate neighbor tension. I go back and forth between my love of being near everything (walking distance to town, near the recycling center, near the grocery store) and really missing when we lived out of town and had 1 neighbor to deal with, could do more or less what we liked with our yard, and didn't have to hand out fliers to all the neighbors if we were having a get together.

There's a lot I miss about living just over the hill out of town, but I don't miss the unplowed road in the winter, and I don't miss having to try to coordinate days so we didn't end up with all the cars in town and all coming home at the same time (which seemed pointless). Although I did drive past where we used to live and there are 4 more houses on what used to be "our pasture".

Mom day done.
Mom is getting older.

Workmen coming between 8 am and noon to blow the water out of the lawn watering system tomorrow.

Didn't see any dogs tonight, but did see two on our before mom day walk.
Where are they? it is really nice out. This getting dark early is screwing up the dogs social life.

Wait till we fall back to standard time. I don't know about there, but here it is dark at 4pm by December, as in too dark to be out without artificial light, not sun setting better go in dark.

Sorry Ver3 woke up and Orc got him really awake by not listening to him and when I finally figured out what was going on Ver3 had adrenaline shakes from the stress of dealing with an non-listening Orc and is wide awake. No Castle for me it looks like.

Mrs. Ice's uncles have done the last 2 nights. I took m-i-l home when I got off work and then crashed. Mrs. Ice got me up @ 9:30p.m., I stayed up for an 1/2hour and went back to bed until the alarm woke me @ 04:00.
F-i-l had a good day yeasterday. The infection is contained and he seems to be improving at a steady rate. I think he may be able to go home soon if he can get a bit more mobile. The Uncle who was here Monday night wants he and I to renovate one of the bathroomsin a couple of weeks to make it more accessable.

... Oh and good morning all.
