Was going to comment yesterday that it was a good thing this wasn't in a Woot-Off... who knew.

Refurbed for 100 off is a good deal IMO.

Retail at 499 is a bit too much to swallow: http://www.meijer.com/s/motorola-xoom-10-1-inch-32gb-hard-drive-smart-android-tablet-pc/_/R-183400

They're fantastic if you like a cheap-feeling lightweight tablet that plays choppy video. I "enjoyed" mine for a whole 7 hours before returning it.

If the lights are a'flashin', the Woot-Off's in action!

Bought one of these a few months ago and love it. This is a great deal, I paid more. Battery has a long life, even when not using, the drain is very slow. Screen clarity is superb as is the touch response.

There's nothing to be said other than, this is a FRACKING FANTASTIC DEAL.

New? $499 (down from $599)

This re-spi-ff is $399.99, has the same full warranty and features as a new one. The only thing I can say about Honeycomb is that it is a massive change in user experience from Gingerbread. A lot of people jump in, try it for an hour, then go "Duuuuhhhh"

But it's a great little tablet. Does everything an iPad2 can, runs just as long, but has a much better pair of cameras, supports flash natively, and is light and sleek.

Total win, at this price.

Ever notice how the number of comments is usually directly proportional to the crappiness of the object for sale?

That is, unless the object for sale exceeds all crappiness expectations, until it enters the realm of bagginess.

Think I'd rather have the gTablet... doesn't it have a larger screen than the Xoom?

Edit: My mistake... didn't notice that the XOOM has a 10" screen. Funny, it didn't look that big when I saw it at Costco.

Also, would like a new modern tablet that also has an SD card slot (not a micro-SD card slot).
