Couldn't resists... my work just went to business casual, and I was in need of some "golf" shirts... hopefully I don't get screwed on the "random" colors.

Granted, it's not Bundle of Crops exciting... but it is still kind of exciting to wait and see what I get! Maybe I'll get a letter and a whole pallet of shirts?

The red one looks like it's straight out of the Tiger Woods collection. Lucky enough to get one of those and the ladies will flock to you... but your golf game will take a dive

Sure I'm game, in for 2. I figure. I have at least a 10% chance of getting at least 1 shirt i like making it worth my $20.

May the random shirt gods be on my side.

Made by a Cambodian woman earning $40 a month and dying of chemical exposure. I've seen the factories. Enjoy your cheap shirts, you freaks!

Had to pull the trigger on one... It's a gamble, but if it turns out I like only one of the shirts it's still a decent deal. (12.99 for a polo shirt isn't terrible)

Fingers crossed: Solid colors only woot... PLEASE... the multi-color shirts won't be any use to me until I'm a grandpa living in florida, with a personalized license plate: LUV2GLF

In for three. I work at a place where I can wear these shirts, its warm enough around here to wear short sleeves year-round, and the banded sleeves will help when I'm driving my convertible (keeps the sleeve down as you're driving along).

Figure there might be a few I don't like, but at $1.93 a shirt its worth the risk.

C'mon, $2.60 a shirt?!? Even if 1 out of the 5 is wearable, it's $12.99 for a shirt.

Although with my luck I'll get 5 shirts with that strange NASCAR checkered flag design on the collar and sleeve.

Here's hoping it's solids!

Agreed. Those and the poly/cottons may wind up donated somewhere. If I wind up with even 5 out of 15, they'll still be a bargain.

Think about it: if you line the bottom of your bird cage with these, at least your birds will get to poop on a different color for five days in a row. As long as you don't all blue, that is.

While you sit there and work on obtaining your "quality post" award, I diligently work on the virtually unachievable "quantity post" award. Clearly, I set the bar just a little bit higher.

swafford wrote:I don't own this particular model of shirt, but I own a few that are similar. They are pretty nice and allow me to go out in public without getting strange looks. They conveniently come with two arm holes, a hole for your torso, and an adjustable hole for your neck.

One warning, the shirts I own do NOT cover my legs. This may be seen as a disadvantage, but I think it's nice, because it allows you to mix and match with a variety of other products (I've had good luck with "shorts" and "slacks". I've heard "jeans" are compatible as well). Just wanted you guys to know before you buy them that you'll need to make another purchase before going out into public.

I think these shirts are worthy rivals of the Persian-style carpets from Romania that Woot! seemed to encounter some difficulty selling not too long ago. I'm thinking that somebody is trying hard to come up with The Most UnWoot! Woot! we've ever offered.

But I do love the idea of buying these and giving the shirts to charities.

lmao I know someone who does that.
Actually, five would be borderline acceptable for him.
He's non-verbal so that may be a plus.

I can give your number to him ;)

If you want products made in countries with humane labor standards why are you even bothering to check AmaWoot!?! This is a sweatshop clearance site, that's why the deals are good.

Even better, I went in for 10 at something like $2.10 per shirt. My coffee in the morning that I usually spill on my shirt costs more than that.

Hey, you can spend $2 a package to buy tissue paper at your local gift shop--or you can cushion all of your fragile gifts this Christmas with brand-new shirts!

About the cheapest you can usually find these is about $6 each. Here, the cost is less than $2 each (although you give up the ability to choose the color and style.)

Now, I'm off to buy some olives at Wine.Woot!

I just bought 10 XXL for me. Now I want to buy 10 L for my brother but it won't let me. It says that my account has already purchased this item. I couldn't order all at once since I needed different sizes. What's up with the limit? Anyone have a fix?

Y'know, ever want to wear something other than raggedy T-shirts doing outdoor work, painting, etc., but afraid to mess the shirt up? At this price, I might just buy it. I'll sleep on this one.

I just bought 3 of them (15 shirts). If they're not good enough to wear at the mall, then I can use them when I paint the house. At $1.60/shirt, they are cheap enough to use as rags to wash the car.

Anyone know the odds of getting a decent number of solids rather than combo colors if I bought three packs?......

I might be able to sell the unusable (combo) ones for about $3 apiece.....

You can only order once using one account. You can now:

1) Email service@woot.com and explain the issue
2) Make up another account USING A DIFFERENT PAYMENT SOURCE, i.e. different credit card, and order again
