It's a function of splashback, not noise.
(For me anyway)

It rained this morning.
Rain falls on the yard chairs.
Cloth yard chairs absorb a lot of water.
Sitting in cloth yard chairs after a rain makes for a very wet rear.

no amount of deodorant provided, instructions to use said deodorant and instructions to scrub your pits prevents 13 year old boys from stinking beyond belief at times.
