Woot can you help me at this point? My tv no longer works.. it won't come on to save my life. I have contacted Philips, they claimed they were sending a replacement, that was on October 6th. They claimed a replacement was sent but they had no UPS tracking. So they escalated the replacement issue to find out what happened to the tracking. That was on 10/14. I just called them today and they STILL can't tell me 1: the tracking info for the replacement they allegedly sent, and 2: if they actually sent a replacement.
I have been without this tv since the beginning of this month. Can you guys help me???????
