Got mine yesterday - all three sets, but I ordered all in green. Haven't opened them up to see if all the pieces are there, but the ones I looked at are very cool. Love the handled containers - those are perfect for lunchboxes and I'll probably make a first aid kit out of one.

Is there a way to contact Woot directly? I have heard nothing as to why my order of 3 greens still has not even shipped. This was my first order from this arena and everyone I ever spoke to said it was a great experience. If there is no more to ship out, I would like to initiate a refund, but would prefer to work with Woot rather than paypal as this will hurt Woot.

Got mine one broken and a missing handle.

I received mine.. they did not send 18 pieces.. what they sent were 2 sets of 4 containers --so 8 containers with 8 lids which is 16 pieces total.

I received my 2 greens! Everything intact.

Woots' folks contacted me and they are in the process of shipping out 3 blue sets to me instead of green... Which is fine by me. Just waiting on the new shipping information. Can't wait to get them...

What are you missing? The containers have a size on the bottom.

Ordered an Orange and Green. Green were all there and perfect. Orange had a missing latch on one of the lids and another container had a large The Day the Ponies Come Back (2000)/crack in it. Email sent to Woot Service!

Ordered mine 9/5/2011, still haven't received them as of 9/27/2011. Got a tracking #, and seems my order has been "in transit" somewhere in Denver for the past 2 weeks. Only problem is...I live in Georgia!
Woot refunded my $ today, does that mean I'm not going to ever receive my order?

We love these little containers and they keep the stuff in good and tight, too bad they don't make them big enough to put my kids in when they need to be placed on ice for a while.
