Folding! Nice!

Fit in kitchen drawers much more easily. Mine are too big for most of my drawers, have to hang them on a wall in the garage.

But really, why do they need to FOLD?

Just because they can?

Oh yea, so I can put them in my pocket, right.

Got a set last time. They are nice. Folding a plus for travel trailers but they are fairly heavy.

Folding grill tools are GREAT for camping, where space is a premium. Unless, of course, you're camping IN space, where space is infinite.

Now if these were switch-blade, it would be cool to take it to your next gang war (a la West Side Story).

My neighbor has these. They do their job. One gripe I have with them is that they do not lock into the closed position, only in the open position.

Fork and spatula, maybe, but a folding brush?

Why go through all the trouble of making the brush, a virtually disposable item, have a matching folding handle.

1) Grill brushes wear out. Fast.
2) After you've used it once, why would you put a dirty brush in a drawer. It would make the whole drawer yucky.

The folding makes sense if you camp. These fold down and go in the camp gear box easily.

The wood isn't spintery, the locks hold firmly, and the spatula is fairly wide enough for good-sized burgers.

Overall, these work well to keep you from burning your bare hands when using the grill. Use these instead of your fingers and you won't burn your hands.

N E one see the add for the bag o crap delivery game? Didnt they do that one time for chance to purchase a Bindle of Carrots? could not get past the second level. I guess I missed too many deliveries. went to try again but the ad was gone. Am I alone in seeing this?

Actually, I love stores that mark the charcoal and other grilling items down at the end of the summer - that's when I stock up!
