Perhaps the wise and powerful threepiecewoot could pop in and explain why some of us had our shipping notices CC'd to cklxxxxn@woot.com. Please?

Do tell! What random craps did you receive?

My guess is that it was supposed to be a BCC but somebody goofed on some of the notifications and put it in the CC by mistake. I wouldn't spend any more time worrying about it. I'm sure doesn't mean a thing.

I'm hoping the fact I haven't received a notification yet means they're still trying to figure out how to ship my truckload of flatscreen TV's.... =D

That is not a very nice way to describe Dallas TX.

Hmm, does rebaborth have the distinction of being the first to receive the bacon on crackers?

Well it looks like the first crap has landed, so that is my signal to stay away from this thread until I get crappified, lest my suspense gets ruined.

My crap still is just a 1lb placeholder and no shipping info on my woot page. Good luck to everyone and may all your crap be crappier than my crap!

I would be willing to bet a bag of Texas air that the "Honey Do" poster list will be in the vast majority of the boxes of cherries. The HDMI cable could be useful though, hmm, what was the shipping weight?

Also, FedEx says mine is still on the dock.

Oddly enough last time we called them "wibbly fun balls". Do they have a fun smell this time, too?

Ah, the first bundle contents have been posted! Congrats, even though I didn't read what you got (I closed my eyes and quickly scrolled to the bottom before I could be tempted!!)

It is time for me to drop out of here until after my Boxy Orange Chapstick has been unpackaged. Catch you all later, good luck with your crap!

Its the smell of Texas Pollution, of course! You'll get the same smell if you pop your bags of air (advised to do that outside).

To the best of my knowledge, everyone who got a Bundle of Crops last time around received two wibbly fun balls. And I'm pretty sure they all smelled bad.

Were that the case I'm sure I wouldn't have even noticed... I work in Dallas and the view of downtown is spectacular from my office. The haze often distorts it slightly, but its still spectacular. You guys are awesome.

Mine's on the truck! 3.6 lbs, 16.2 in. x 12.2 in. x 10.6 in. 1 box.

Estimated delivery of 10/4 (good buddy).

My mostly destroyed BoC arrived at work today. Based on the tattered trappings, I believe it might have contained an animal of some sort, perhaps a cat or raccoon, that managed to escape during transport.

Evidence Exhibit A:

What remained was mostly excrement:

EDIT: Shipping weight was 3.2lbs. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle. It also kinda ruins the surprise, but I think we are way beyond spoilers at this point.

Ha ha ha, mine says a Friday delivery as well and I'm also in Austin. Honestly though it usually takes way longer for me to get packages then for people across the country.

One time it went through Louisiana... I try not to think too hard about it, I'm sure logistics were involved.

Argh must stop looking at thread now so I will be surprised when it gets here. =P

Looks to be roughly the same as everyone else so far:

3,4 lbs / 1,6 kgs
16.2 in. x 12.2 in. x 10.4 in.

Estimated delivery 10/4 to NYC.

5.1 lbs 16 in x 12.2 in x 10.6 in

Looks to be a pretty big Bundle of Crops..

My Box of Cats is now in Houston... why boxes insist on going there from Dallas instead of directly to Austin (literally more than twice the distance), I will never know.

Delivery estimate bumped up to 9/30.
